Medium handling device
A medium handling device is provided including a stage on which a rectangular shaped medium is stacked in an vertical direction, and a liquid spraying mechanism including plural liquid spray nozzles that extend along the vertical direction and that spray a liquid at a medium stacked on an upper face of the stage. The plural liquid spray nozzles are respectively provided at positions facing at least three side edges of the stacked medium, and each of the plural liquid spray nozzles is disposed so as to spray the liquid at a specific spray angle with respect to the respective facing side edge.
Medium storage box and medium handling device
The degrees of freedom are increased for the layout for a member (for example, an upper guide or the like that restricts an up-down direction position of a medium) to be disposed above a storage space for storing a paper sheet-shaped medium, and a disposable space for the member is enlarged. A medium storage box having an internal storage space for storing a paper sheet-shaped medium includes an upper installation member (for example, a lid section) that is disposed above the storage space, and a liquid ejection mechanism that ejects liquid from a liquid ejection nozzle. A liquid ejection direction of the liquid ejection nozzle is set in a direction toward a lower face of the upper installation member.

AMMUNITION SAFE
A safe for storing ammunition or other heat-sensitive explosive materials. The safe includes a plurality of walls, a door attached to one of the plurality of walls, an interior space defined by the plurality of walls and the door, an opening extending through one of the plurality of walls or the door, a pane coupled over the opening, and a cover coupled to the one of the plurality of walls or the door adjacent the pane. The pane automatically exposes the opening when the interior space reaches a predetermined temperature, which is lower than the temperature at which ammunition or other heat-sensitive explosive material detonates. Accordingly, the safe provides for pressure release before the ammunition or other heat-sensitive explosive material detonates.
Removable Security Device
A removable portable security device (60, 90, 110, 120) for installation in a machine (10) for dispensing, receiving or recycling cash, wherein the machine (10) includes a cash space for storing cash, the security device (60, 90, 110, 120) comprising: a detection system (66, 100, 114, 124) for detecting unauthorised interference with the machine (10); and a cash protection system (68, 92, 112, 122) configured to activate on detection by the detection system (66, 100, 114, 124) of unauthorised interference with the machine, wherein the security device (60, 90, 110, 120) is configured to occupy part of the cash space of the machine (10).
