Furniture connecting fitting
The invention relates to a furniture connecting fitting, in particular a hinge, preferably a hatch holder, wherein the furniture connecting fitting has a kinematic arrangement (30) with levers and links, and by means of which kinematic arrangement a door or a hatch can be moved from a closed position to an open position, wherein an actuating arrangement (70) acts at the kinematic arrangement (30), wherein the actuating arrangement (70) comprises an actuator (72) and a holder (73), which can be adjusted relative to the actuator (72), wherein the actuator (72) can be moved by a part of the kinematic arrangement (30) and the holder (73) is supported relative to an attachment section (51, 53) or an additional component of the kinematic arrangement (30); in the case of such a furniture connecting fitting, the user is offered a wide range of applications with a small number of parts if provision is made that, in a first mode of operation, the actuating arrangement (70) acts using a damper (71) in a damping manner between the actuator (72) and the holder (73) and, in a second mode of operation, a spring force acting counter to the damping direction is applied directly or indirectly to the actuator (72) and the holder (73) by means of a tension spring (74).
Revolving door assembly comprising support structure
A revolving door assembly is disclosed. The assembly comprises a central column and at least one door panel connected to the central column and rotatably arranged around a central axis (X). The central column comprises a support structure and a drive unit including a motor an oscillating gear arranged to rotate said at least one door panel around said central axis (X). The support structure comprises a non-rotating member extending through the gear and is arranged to be mounted to a bottom restriction of an opening in which the revolving door assembly is to be installed. The central column comprises at least one bearing arranged to rotatably support said at least one door panel. The motor and the bearing are mounted to the support structure. Also disclosed is a driving base unit for a revolving door assembly.
Revolving door assembly comprising support rod
A revolving door assembly is disclosed. The door comprises a central column and at least one door panel connected to the central column and rotatably arranged around a central axis (X). The central column comprises a drive unit. The drive unit comprises a motor and an oscillating gear. The oscillating gear comprises at least one rod through hole. A non-rotating support rod passes through the rod through hole and supports the motor. Also disclosed is a driving base unit for a revolving door assembly.
Door hinges and method for rehanging a door to realign the door in relation to a door jamb
A kit for use in rehanging a sagging door connected to a door jamb included a plurality of replacement hinges having different sized gaps between the leaves of the hinges when pivoted to extend in parallel, juxtaposed alignment, including gaps that are larger and smaller than the gaps of the conventional hinges originally used to hang the door. The smaller gap replacement hinge may have no gap between the hinge leaves when pivoted to parallel and juxtaposed alignment. The kit may include multiple reduced gap hinges with varying sized gaps and multiple enlarged gap hinges with varying sized gaps. To rehang the sagging door, the original, top hinge is replaced with a reduced gap hinge and the original, bottom hinge may be replaced with an enlarged gap hinge.
WINDOW ASSEMBLY AND A VEHICLE
A vehicle and a window assembly include a window movable between a closed and open position. The assembly includes an arm movable between a first and second position. The window is disposed in the closed position when the arm is in the first position and the window disposed in the open position when the arm is in the second position. The arm includes an extension fixed thereto such that the arm and the extension both move concurrently about a first pivot point. The assembly includes a connector coupled to the extension at a second pivot point. The arm is coupled to the window through the connector. The first and second pivot points are spaced from each other. The connector is coupled to the window such that movement of the arm moves the connector about the second pivot point which causes the window to move between the closed and open positions.
Sliding door module
A sliding door module includes a resin base coupled to an inner panel of a sliding door, a window glass lifting and lowering device that lifts and lowers a window glass, and a door movement device that moves the sliding door. The window glass lifting and lowering device and the door movement device are coupled to the base.
SLILDING DOOR DRIVE OF A MOTOR VEHICLE
The invention relates to a drive of a sliding door of a motor vehicle comprising an electric drive unit (2), a drive cable (10) and a guide (3) for the drive cable (10). Said drive unit (2), the drive cable (10) and the guide (3) are fixed in the vehicle body (K) and the sliding door can be moved by means of the drive cable (10) with respect to the vehicle body. At least one sub-assembly (33) of the guide (3) of the drive cable (10) is modular and the drive cable (10) can be deflected by the modular sub-assembly (33).
BATTERY CHARGING STATION WITH MODULE PORT
An accessory device system includes a charger, a battery pack selectively coupled to a battery receiving portion of the charger to receive charging current, and a first accessory device selectively coupled to an accessory device port of the charger. The charger further includes an electronic controller having a wireless transceiver and configured to communicate with a peripheral device to one or more of provide identity and status information regarding the first accessory device and to receive settings data to control the first accessory device. The charger receives the identity and status information from the first accessory device, and provides the settings data to the first accessory device to control the first accessory device. In some instances, the peripheral device and the charger communicate via a network and server, and the charger communicates wirelessly with the network via the wireless transceiver.
ADAPTER
An accessory device system includes a garage door opener, an adapter, and one or more accessory devices whereby the garage door opener has a first accessory device port configured to selectively couple to the one or more accessory devices and the adapter has a second accessory device port configured to selectively couple to the one or more accessory devices.
