AUTO-OPEN DOOR LOCK APPARATUS FOR HOME APPLIANCE
The present disclosure relates to an auto-open door lock apparatus including a main body cover having a space therein, and a motor installed inside the main body cover to provide a driving force, the auto-open door lock apparatus comprising: a locker which is coupled to or separates from a hook that is introduced from the outside through rotation; a locker shaft having one end connected to the locker, and formed in the center of rotation of the locker; a clutch gear connected to the other end of the locker shaft to induce rotation of the locker; a locker spring connected to one side of the locker to provide a rotational restoring force to the locker; a rack slide which provides a rotational force of the motor to the locker through the clutch gear; and a pinion gear which transmits the rotational force of the motor to the rack slide.
Hinge for a household appliance
The invention relates to a hinge for a household appliance, including a hinge housing, including a pivot arm, which is pivotably retained at the hinge housing, and including a drive device, which comprises an electric motor, by means of which the pivot arm is pivotable relative to the hinge housing, wherein the drive device includes: a drive housing formed separately from the hinge housing, provided in addition thereto and at least partially following the hinge housing in longitudinal extension direction of the hinge housing; a threaded spindle at least partially received in the hinge housing; and at least one screw element screwed to the threaded spindle.
Door hinge
Proposed is a door hinge. More particularly, there is provided a door hinge which is conveniently assembled, has a minimized shape, and above all, enables a closing force to be applied to a door so that when the door is opened, high-temperature heat is inhibited from being released from inside an apparatus on which the door hinge is installed.
Appliance door hinge assembly
An appliance includes a door with a plurality of panels spaced apart by a vertical support. A lower hinge mount is coupled with an appliance body. A first pivot member is coupled with the lower hinge mount and includes a first protrusion. A lower hinge support is fixedly coupled with the vertical support and includes an elongate coupling plate and a hinge arm that extends orthogonal relative to a longitudinal extent of the elongate coupling plate. A stop extends from the hinge arm. A second pivot member has a receiving space that receives the stop. The second pivot member includes a second protrusion that is in abutting contact with the first protrusion. A lower hinge pin extends through the lower hinge support and the second pivot member. The lower hinge pin is vertically translated when the second pivot member moves from a first position to a second position.
Arrangement of a drive device on a door for an appliance, particularly for a cooling and/or refrigerating appliance
The invention relates to an arrangement of a drive device on a door that can be arranged such that it is pivotable on a housing of an appliance, particularly a cooling and/or refrigerating appliance, in which the drive device designed to pivot the door in relation to the housing is mounted on the door, said drive device comprising: a hinge comprising at least one first hinge part attached to the door and at least one second hinge part which is attached to the housing; at least one drive motor; at least one transmission element which is coupled to the hinge in an at least indirectly articulated manner and can be at least indirectly driven by means of the drive motor; and a coupling device that can switch between at least one coupling state in which the transmission element is coupled to the drive motor and at least one uncoupling state.
Motorized hinge
A hinge (1) for connecting a door to a household appliance compartment is described, comprising a fastening bracket (2) adapted to be fastened to the compartment of said household appliance, a movable support (3) to rotatably constrain said door to said fastening bracket (2), an activating arm (5) coupled to said fastening bracket (2), movement means (6) adapted to move said activating arm (5), said activating arm (5) comprising a first end portion (5a) adapted to be constrained to said door, and a second end portion (5b) fitted to be coupled to said movement means (6) to move said activating arm (5) between an open position (P2) of the door and a closed position (P1) of the door, said movement means (6) comprising an electric motor (10) and reversible connecting means (9) to couple and decouple selectively said electric motor (10) and said second end portion (5b), said hinge (1) being configured so that when said electric motor (10) is coupled to said second end portion (5b), the electric motor (10) causes the movement of the activating arm (5), whereas when said electric motor (10) is decoupled from said second end portion (5b), the movement of the first end portion (5a) occurs independently of the electric motor (10) to allow a user to freely move the door.
Side-accessible adjustable receiver for appliance hinge
An adjustable appliance hinge receiver includes a base including spaced-apart first and second lateral walls. A slide body is slidably connected to the base and located between the lateral walls. The slide body slides relative to the base along an adjustment axis. At least one hinge mounting structure is connected to the slide body and is adapted to be engaged by an associated hinge. An adjustment system includes a first inclined ramp connected to the slide body and an adjustment shaft that extends between and that is rotatably supported by the first and second lateral walls of the base. The adjustment shaft is rotatable relative to the base about an axis of rotation. The adjustment system also includes an adjustment member engaged with the adjustment shaft and selectively movable along the axis of rotation in opposite first and second directions in response to rotational movement of the adjustment shaft in opposite first and second rotational directions such that rotation of the adjustment shaft in one of the first and second rotational directions causes the adjustment member to bear against the first ramp and induce sliding movement of the slide body relative to the base along the adjustment axis.
HINGE DEVICE WITH PROGRAMMABLE BEHAVIOR
A hinge device (1) comprises a first member (3) and a second member (5) hinged by a hinge pivot pin (7) where the second member (5) is connected to one end of the transmission member (15). The box-shaped body (9) is equipped with at least one elongated guide (17) parallel to an operative direction (A) and along which at least one constraint element (19) fixed to a distal end (14) of the transmission member (15) slides. One between transmission member (15) and body (9) is equipped with a first elongated slot (23) and the other (9, 15) is equipped with a first mobile element (25) slidingly engaged in the first elongated slot (23); one between the portion (8) and proximal end (16) of the transmission member (15) carries a second slot (31) and the other (16, 8) carries a second mobile element (33) slidingly engaged in the second slot (31).
