A portable barricade includes a road plate, first and second support posts extending upward from end portions of the road plate, a barricade arm extending between the first and second support posts, and a lift coupled one of the end portions of the barricade arm and a corresponding one of the first and second support posts. Actuation of the lift is configured to slide the barricade arm relative to the first and second support members between a retracted position proximate to the road plate and a deployed position distal from the road plate.

A gate assembly is formed from a gate attached by hinges to a jamb. A pair of L-shaped brackets are attached to the outer sides of the jamb. The brackets are in turn attached to a pair of gate posts in a barrier. Bolt holes formed in the header section of the jamb receive removable eye bolts that may be used as hoisting points as the jamb is being positioned within a barrier. To maintain the shape of the jamb during such positioning, a removable sill section is included in the base of the jamb. The first, second, third, and fourth crossbars form an interpivoting connection with the first, second, third, and fourth hinge members.

The present oblique slide latch apparatus includes a housing, lever, and latch. A straight channel is positioned obliquely on the latch and is oblique relative to an axis along which the latch slides. The lever includes first and second pegs that capture inner and outer portions of a latch head to minimize wobble of the latch. The latch head is positioned within opposite sides of the lever.

A vehicle barrier gate system which is positioned above a roadway through which vehicles pass. Some of the various embodiments of the present disclosure include a gate comprised of an arm and barrier which is adjustable between a raised position in which a vehicle may pass and a lowered position in which a vehicle is prevented from passing. The gate may be movably connected to a ceiling or an overhead support structure positioned above the roadway. Various types of actuators may be utilized to adjust the gate along a linear and/or angular path between the raised and lowered positions. A control unit may be in communication with one or more sensors and/or an authorization system to control the actuator. The gate may include a breakaway mechanism which allows the gate to be manually raised or lowered in the event of actuator failure or a vehicle ramming through the gate.

The invention relates to a sliding security gate inside a pocket attached to an interior pre-hung hinged door. A swing gate mechanism to swing open an overhead lift gate system includes an overhead swing gate. The overhead swing gate has a pivot side and a catch side. A first gate power arm is configured to move along a first overhead guide track on a first side of the overhead lift gate system. A second gate power arm is configured to move along a second overhead guide track on a second side of the overhead lift gate system. At least one hinge is connected between the pivot side of the overhead swing gate and the first gate power arm. The at least one hinge is configured to allow the overhead swing gate to swing open by rotating about the first gate power arm.

A gate opener assembly is comprised of a gate and an anchor assembly having a platform. A plurality of track assemblies on the platform provide a track on which the gate may slide from a first position (closed) to a second position (open) and any position in between. A guidepost having a “Shepherd's hook” configuration guides the gate as the gate passes therethrough. A pair of rollers within the interior of the top of the guidepost makes continuous contact with each side of the top of the gate both while the gate is stationary and in motion.
