Water management systems for fenestration products
A flashing includes a first edge, a second edge opposite from the first edge, a first surface, and a second surface on an opposite side of the flashing from the first surface. The first surface and the second surface extend between the first edge and the second edge. The first surface includes a hydrophobic region and a hydrophilic region.
Architectural terrace door
The threshold system includes a first support member secured to a walking surface, a second support member secured to the walking surface, and a thermal break joining the first support member and the second support member. A first ramp is removably coupled to the first support member. A second ramp is removably coupled to the second support member.

THRESHOLD AND THRESHOLD CAP
A threshold has a substrate, a sill deck, an upstanding nosing, and an upstanding dam. An upwardly open sill channel is defined between the upstanding nosing and the upstanding dam. A threshold cap extends along and at least partially overlies the upwardly open sill channel. At least one holder is formed separate from the threshold cap and is located in the upwardly open sill channel between the upstanding dam and the upstanding nosing, the at least one holder at least partially supporting the threshold cap. The holder is removably disposed within the sill channel. The threshold cap is pivotably attached to the holder. The threshold cap is capable of rotating between a raised position and a lowered position. In at least the raised position, a highest point of the threshold cap is closer to the upstanding dam than the upstanding nosing.
WATER MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FOR SILL ASSEMBLIES
An assembly for a door or window frame including an elongated sill and a corner key attached to each end of the sill. The corner key includes a water chamber for collecting water therein and a plurality of ports for diverting water from the water chamber outwardly through a drain port. The water chamber and plurality of ports are designed to temper a high-pressure gradient in the sill and effectively promote water egress away from the sill.
Weather strip mounting structure for door in vehicle
A vehicle includes a door and a door frame installed along a circumference of the door. An upper portion of the door frame is joined to an upper end portion of an inner panel. The upper end portion of the door frame is extended toward the inside of the vehicle to form a coupling portion. A weather strip is mounted on the inner panel along the circumference of the door, the weather strip being coupled to the coupling portion of the inner panel. A first coupling element by which one side of the weather strip is fixed is formed at the coupling portion and a second coupling element is coupled with the first coupling element at the coupling portion so that the weather strip is directly coupled with the door frame.
MAGNETIC ATTRACTION THRESHOLD
A magnetic attraction threshold contains: an accommodation holder, a stopper, and at least one magnetic element. The base includes an open segment, a first groove, and a second groove. The first groove includes a first opening, the second groove includes a second opening, and the first groove and the second groove are symmetrically formed inside the hollow accommodation holder. The stopper includes a stop sheet, a first fixing fence, and a second fixing fence. The first fixing fence and the second fixing fence extend from a bottom of the stop sheet respectively. The stop sheet includes a trench configured to accommodate the at least one magnetic element. The stopper is connected in the accommodation holder. The first fixing fence is movably inserted into the first groove via the first opening, and the second fixing fence is movably inserted into the second groove via the second opening.

Novel Pest Barricade
A barricade used to obstruct the gap between a garage door, weather stripping, a threshold surface and a door frame. The barricade successfully prevents pests from breaching the barricade. The barricade uses a spring assist with low displacement force in order to conform to the changing downward or upward angle when a garage door is being operated. It also includes smooth ceramic or rubber that is magnetized to prevent chaffing to the garage door surface. This barrier stays in-place or rotates relative to the garage door face when encountering foreign objects in the path of the moving garage door. Alternatively, the barriers may be constructed of overlapping and/or abutting material configured to obstruct gaps at door frames and/or at threshold surfaces where a weather stripping and/or weather-stripping bulb provide inadequate obstruction.
AIR TIGHT DOOR
The present disclosure relates to an air tight door, and the air tight door according to the present disclosure is characterized to include a frame including a first longitudinal member disposed at each of both lateral sides and an upper side of an opening, and a second longitudinal member disposed at a lower side of the opening; a door that is rotatably connected to the first longitudinal member disposed at one side of the opening so as to open and/or close the opening; a first sealing that is disposed at each of the first longitudinal member of the frame, and that closely contacts the door in a state where the door has closed the opening; and a second sealing that is elevatably disposed at a lower end of the door, and that descends from the lower end of the door to closely contact an upper surface of the second longitudinal member in the state where the door has closed the opening; a locking device that fixes a position of the door in the state where the door has closed the opening; and an actuating device disposed at each of both surfaces of the door so as to unlock the locking device.
