THRESHOLD AND THRESHOLD CAP ASSEMBLY
An assembly that is configured to form a seal with a bottom of a closed door panel includes a holder, a threshold cap, and a biasing member. The holder defines a pivot axis and is configured to releasably couple to a substrate of a threshold. The threshold cap includes a sealing wall and a joint portion. The sealing wall is configured to form a seal with the bottom of the closed door. The joint portion is engaged with the holder to pivotally support the threshold cap about the pivot axis. The biasing member biases the sealing wall away from the holder towards a raised position.
ADJUSTABLE THRESHOLD ASSEMBLY
A closet unit for a vehicle and a threshold assembly for use with a door are provided. The threshold assembly includes a threshold body that is coupleable to a frame of the closet unit with the threshold body including an opening formed therethrough. The threshold assembly further includes a striker component, in which the striker component includes a plate removably coupleable to the threshold body and a cup coupled to and offset from a center of the plate with the cup positionable through the opening of the threshold body. The threshold assembly further includes a fastener to removably couple the plate of the striker component to the threshold body.

DOOR ENTRYWAY SYSTEM
A threshold includes a substantially vertically upstanding nosing extending along a longitudinal axis of the threshold and a substantially vertically upstanding dam spaced from and substantially parallel to the upstanding nosing. A threshold cap is disposed at least partially across a gap between the upstanding nosing and the upstanding dam. A support, which supports the threshold cap, is located at least partially within the gap. The threshold cap is adjustable between at least a raised position and a lowered position. The threshold cap is biased toward the raised position when the door panel of the entryway is in an open position. The threshold cap pivots about a pivot axis parallel with the longitudinal axis. The pivot axis is not a central axis of the threshold cap.

Threshold drain system and method
A method of forming a threshold drain 31 is disclosed. The drain 31 extends alongside an exterior wall 4 of a building and is formed in an exterior surface 36. The building has an interior floor 21 with the exterior surface 36 and the interior floor 21 being substantially flush to permit traymobile, wheelchair and invalid access. In a single concrete pour, the drain gutter 31, exterior surface 36, interior floor 21 and a gutter 40 are all formed. The gutter has an exterior side wall 39 which supports a plurality of triangular cantilever arms 43. A support frame 42 having two longitudinally extending rims 51,52 is supported by the arms 43 and releasably receives a grate 32 between the rims 51, 52. The inner rim 51 is spaced from the wall 24 of the building, preferably by 10-12 mm (- inch), so as to provide a barrier to moisture in accordance with the Building Code of New Zealand standard set out in Clause E2 External Moisture. The drain 31 is also disclosed.

SLIDE AND PIVOT FENESTRATION UNIT
A fenestration unit is disclosed. In various examples, the fenestration unit includes a plurality of panels, including first and second panels. In some examples, one or more of the plurality of panels is configured to slide relative to a frame of the fenestration unit to provide an opening in the fenestration unit. In various examples, each of the first and second panels are also configured to be pivoted relative to the frame such that the first and second panels can be hinged or otherwise pivoted open to increase the size of the opening in the fenestration unit.
Window sill flashing
The present invention is directed towards a window sill flashing comprising a base having a substantially rectangular shape. A front flange projects perpendicularly downward from a front edge of the base and at least one side flange extends vertically from a side edge of the base. The side flange includes a front surface. The window sill flashing is made from a rigid homopolymer vinyl film.
