Electrical Mullion Receptacle
A door mullion receptacle box assembly includes a toe plate, a channel box and block components. When a mullion is removed from a building/room opening, the toe plate may be fixed in the mullion receptacle box thus creating a uniform threshold across the width of the door openings. Using the assembly described herein, however, there are no large diameter holes in the top of the toe plate and no projections into the opening that could be a trip hazard. The present assembly replaces traditional fixed sill blocks mounted to the floor, or to the top of a threshold to anchor the bottom of conventional mullions. A typical mullion is locked in place with a lock at the top of the mullion. When installed, this mullion is placed over the sill block at the sill and tilted into place and locked into a header block at the top of the mullion. However because the components of the conventional sill blocks project up into the mullion from the thresholds, they become a trip hazard and a liability when the mullion is temporarily removed.
SLIDING DOOR WEEP SILL ASSEMBLY
A weep sill assembly includes an elongated sill base, a first floor within the sill base, and a drain conduit. The elongated sill base includes a top opening configured for fluid ingress. The first floor divides an interior of the sill base into an upper chamber and a lower chamber, wherein the floor includes a first aperture that provides fluid communication between the upper chamber and the lower chamber. The drain conduit is in fluid communication with the lower chamber. In another aspect, a sliding door assembly includes a header configured for attachment to a wall, a weep sill assembly, and a door panel configured for slidable engagement with the header and with the weep sill assembly.

Security door
A stile and rail ballistic security door containing bullet proof materials within a metal or synthetic material frame including a plurality of window panes and thermal break means to eliminate condensation problems therein. The door contains a multi-layer exterior core providing extra strength and rigidity.
Fenestration units with spacer blocks and methods of manufacturing the same
Fenestration units with spacer blocks and methods of manufacturing the same are described herein. The fenestration units may include shim wedges that cooperate with the spacer blocks to raise the fenestration unit within a rough opening.
COMBINATION OF ELEMENTS TO CONSTRUCT A THRESHOLD RAMP CONSTRUCTION, RAMP CONSTRUCTION, AND METHOD TO CONSTRUCT A THRESHOLD RAMP CONSTRUCTION
A combination of elements to construct a threshold ramp construction includes tile elements each having a horizontal upper surface and ramp elements each having an upper surface including a sloped surface part and a horizontal surface part. The horizontal surface part adjoins the higher side of the sloped surface part. The tile elements and the ramp elements are configured to be arranged in superimposed layers to form the ramp construction, in which the superimposed layers include a lower layer and an upper layer, the upper layer supporting on the lower layer. In the ramp construction, the tile and/or ramp elements of the upper layer are arranged in a staggered position with respect to the tile and/or ramp elements of the lower layer.

Structural windowsill assembly
A windowsill assembly includes a beam member and an insert bracket. The beam member includes a first leg and a second leg, the first leg meeting the second leg at a joining region at proximal ends of the first leg and the second leg. The insert bracket includes a first portion and a second portion that are substantially perpendicular to each other to substantially match an angle between the first leg and the second leg of the beam member. The insert bracket couples the beam member to a support member.
Door jamb and sill assemblies
Door jamb and sill assemblies are provided. In one aspect, a door jamb weatherstripping assembly includes a weatherstrip member and a retaining member. The retaining member is elongated and is affixed along a length of the door jamb. The retaining member defines a retaining channel for retaining an anchor portion of the weatherstrip member, and a door seal being configured to sealingly contact the face of the door parallely to a weatherstrip portion of the weatherstrip member when the door is closed. According to another aspect, an elongated cap may be secured to the retaining member in a spaced-apart arrangement to jointly form a shielding chamber along an outer portion of the jamb. In another aspect, a door sill assembly having a U-shaped body engaging the bottom edge of the door is provided. The door sill assembly may include side channel seals and bottom channel seals.
