ENTRYWAY SEALING SPACER
A gasket for an entryway is described that includes a compliant sealing portion having an uncompressed gasket thickness and a less compliant compression control portion having opposing exposed surfaces. A perimeter of the less compliant compression control portion is surrounded by the compliant sealing portion. A thickness of the less compliant compression control portion is less than the uncompressed gasket thickness.
AN ARRANGEMENT AND A METHOD TO MOUNT DOOR OR WINDOW FRAMES IN A WALL OPENING BY AID OF A FASTENING MEANS
The present invention relates to a fastening means (1) for mounting doors or windows, which comprises frames (2) intended to be mounted in a mounting direction (26) in an opening (3) in a wall, a floor, a ceiling, said fastening means (1) comprises a bracket (5) intended to be mounted on the backside (8) of the frame (2) and at least one screw or bolt (9), intended to be screwed into the end portion (4) of the opening (3), said bracket (5) comprises at least one locking slot (6), said screw or bolt (9) comprises at least one locking projection (11) intended to be pushed into said locking groove (6) for fastening the frame (2). Said locking slot (6) consists of a groove (12) for example an U-formed groove, extending mainly in the longitudinal direction (22) of the frame (2), said locking projection (11) comprises the head (10) of the screw or bolt (9) or a head (10), which is covered by a casing (14) e.g. a housing, which at least in some part encloses the head (10), which presses the first wall (7) of the groove (12) downwards during the mounting, said wall (7) comprises at least of a re-springed backwards projection (21), which is resilient backwards in order to form said groove (12), said locking comprises at least some part of the head (10) of the screw or bolt (9), which is locked in said groove (12) between the first wall (7) and another wall (15), which stops the moving forward of the head (10) during mounting.
MODULAR THRESHOLD ASSEMBLY
Disclosed is a modular threshold assembly having a frame, a cover plate detachably attached to the frame at the first end of the frame first wall and the first end of the frame second wall and an elongate body detachably attached to the frame and being proximate to the frame first wall. Also, disclosed is door frame having the modular threshold assembly. The threshold assembly can permit replacement of different components of the modular assembly, while permitting water or moisture to be expelled to the exterior.

Threshold gasket assembly
The present invention is a threshold gasket assembly to be used in conjunction with end and/or back dams to form a sill pan. The threshold gasket assembly is fixed to a lower region of a rough opening in a wall and comprises a base with a plurality of fins projecting away from base to form a corresponding plurality of channels with a length generally the same as a base. Base has a generally L shaped cross section. At least two fins are sufficiently spaced from another to prevent contact with each other thereby simultaneously ensuring that moisture is dammed by at least one fin and directed by at least a portion of an adjacent channel.

Flood seal arrangement
A flood seal arrangement, and particularly to a flood seal arrangement suitable for a low threshold door, that includes a first gasket member and a second gasket member. The first gasket member may be provided on a door leaf, while the second gasket member may be provided on a threshold. The first and the second gasket member are configurable to engage and thereby form a seal. In response to water pressure, the flood seal arrangement may be deformed and the seal may be improved.

Modular window sub-sill unit for rainwater drainage
An improved window sill system has a modular bottom sub-sill unit to be attached to a bottom part of a window unit and mounted to a bottom frame part of a window frame in an opening in an exterior wall of a building in order to provide improved water drainage for the window sill system. The bottom sub-sill unit has a water trough or channel extending across its length at a front edge facing outwardly of a window unit to which the sub-sill unit is mounted. The water trough or channel has a top plate provided with a plurality of weep holes for capturing rainwater dripping down the window into the water trough or channel. A base plate is provided for mounting the bottom sub-sill unit with fastener screws to the bottom frame part of the window frame. An inner deflection wall deflects water from the weep holes into the water trough or channel to prevent water from reaching the fastener screws in a dry zone below the inner deflection wall.
