Draft guard
A draft guard balancer is provided that attaches to, or is otherwise mechanically coupled to, or an integral part of, an existing balance shoe or balancer for a fenestration product such as a double hung window. The draft guard balancer creates a weatherstop along the track of the fenestration product that resists air, water, dirt, dust, pollen, and insects from entering the track and then the building. The draft guard balancer may be used with a balancer having a variety of springs, spring assemblies, balancer shoes and pivot bar arrangements. The draft guard balancer creates a seal that also prevents the increased friction that results from dirt and debris entering the track, thus making for a more energy efficient, easier to operate fenestration product. The draft guard balancer is equally applicable to both top and bottom sashes of a double hung window as well as other fenestration products.

One-piece sill pan flashing
A one-piece sill pan flashing is provided with one or more accordion sections. At least the accordion sections, and preferably the entire flashings, are formed of a single sheet of thermoplastic material, preferably by thermoforming, and include forwardly and downwardly inclined upper portions and vertical lower portions extending downward from the front of the upper portions. The accordion sections include upper and lower portions, formed of narrow panels, foldably connected along their lateral edges to form V-shaped accordion folds having a series of ridge folds and valley folds. The valley folds of the upper portions are aligned with the ridge folds of the lower portions and vice versa. The construction accommodates substantial extension or compression of the width of the flashing and enables one size of flashing width to be fitted to a wide range of sizes of rough-framed window openings.
Platform Screen Door with Built-In Raised Sill
A screen door module for a platform edge of a transport vehicle station. The module includes a leaf that moves between open and closed positions, a fixed element to which the leaf is mechanically connected and along which it slides and a sill extending under the leaf and under the fixed element. The module also includes a raiser with a predetermined height extending under the leaf and the fixed element and being arranged in such a way as to be laid on a finished ground level of the platform and so the predetermined height corresponds to a difference between the finished ground level and the floor of the transport vehicle when the latter comes to a standstill alongside the module. An access ramp on the platform side runs along the entire length of the module and allows access to passengers of limited mobility.

UPPER GUIDE TRACK AND ASSEMBLY FOR A RETRACTABLE SCREEN
An upper guide track assembly for a retractable screen is described. The assembly comprises a U shaped guide channel, a track attachment member for attaching the assembly to a support, a track outer member connectable to the attachment member and a screen retaining member within the guide channel. The retaining member receives and retains an upper edge of a screen. The retaining member has two resilient wings extending from either side of the body. Each wing is biased towards a position in which the distal end of each wing is away from the body. The wings are moveable against the bias to a retracted position. When the retaining member is retained in the guide channel, each wing is held in the retracted position against the bias. This allows an upper edge of a screen retained by the screen retaining member to be biased in the vertical direction.
GUIDE TRACK ARRANGEMENT
The disclosure relates to the field of providing a flexible screen which is extensible and retractable across an opening. It is desirable to provide a bottom guide track which is convenient to fit and with a low profile. The disclosed guide track arrangement provides an elongate mounting member for securing to a support that forms part of the opening, and which provides at least one elongate connection recess; and an elongate track member, formed separately from and attachable to the mounting member, and having a track region with an elongate guide recess for slidingly retaining an edge of a flexible screen. The track member has at least one engagement part engageable into the complementary connection recess by lateral movement of the track member to connect the track member to the mounting member.

Expandable, one-piece sill pan flashing
A sill pan flashing is provided with a width-extendable accordion section enabling the flashing to be manufactured, shipped and installed in one piece regardless of significant variations in the actual width of a framing sill from a designed nominal width. The flashing includes opposite side end caps connected by a horizontal sill cover. The sill cover includes one or more accordion sections configured with a plurality of integrally formed accordion elements which may be of V-shape, U-shape, sinusoidal or other configuration, allowing the one-piece flashing to be elongated in the width direction during installation, in order to completely cover a sill member. The new flashing is manufactured in one piece for a minimum sill width and expanded as necessary during installation at the job site to fully cover the entire surface of a sill of greater width. Substantial savings can be realized while providing a superior moisture seal.
ENTRYWAY WITH ARTICULATING THRESHOLD
A threshold having a threshold cap. The threshold cap has an aperture through its top wall. The threshold also includes a pin capture positioned below the threshold cap and corresponding in location to the aperture. The pin capture is positioned to receive a pin passing through the aperture.
