A window glazing system includes an elongate elastomeric element having a right triangular cross section defining two leg surfaces and a hypotenuse surface with chamfers on the legs at the hypotenuse. A window pane is placed in a window frame and the interior frame and the window pane are appropriately coated with construction adhesive. The legs of the elongate element are forced into the intersection of the pane and the interior frame to spread and to be retained by the adhesive. The adhesive is then additionally forced into the chamfers and the entire assembly cleaned with solvent.

Removable Door or Window Frame Assembly

A frame assembly for installation into a door or window casing is provided. The casing has a top and two side studs. The assembly includes a head jamb, a pair of side jambs, and a pair of connecting mechanism. The head jamb is removably securable to the top stud. Each side jamb is removably securable to a respective one of the two side studs. Each connecting mechanism for connecting a respective one of the side jambs with a corresponding end of the head jamb includes a first component and a second component. The first component is provided on the head jamb, and the second component is provided on the side jambs. The first and second components are removably engageable, and allow the frame assembly to be installed and uninstalled from the door or window casing. A method for removably installing the frame assembly is also provided.

The problem of using cames for assembling stained glass pieces into a decorative window is solved by mounting the stained glass pieces in retaining channels and by using spacers in the retaining channel for maintaining gaps between adjacent stained glass pieces. The resulting stained glass assembly includes at least two stained glass pieces mounted within a frame and being secured in at least one retaining channel that is mounted to the frame so as to extend at least partially along the inner periphery thereof; and spacers in the retaining channel between each pair of the at least two stained glass pieces that are adjacent so as to create an opened gap therebetween. Such a stained glass assembly can be used as a decorative window in a door or as a dividing wall for example.

At least one of the plurality of articulating panels includes a frame defining an opening, the frame having a ledge and a lip extending from the ledge into the opening and a transparent panel having a first side and an opposing second side. The transparent panel is positioned adjacent to both the lip and the ledge with the first side of the transparent panel positionable adjacent the lip. The plurality of articulating panels further includes a retainer member positionable adjacent the second side of the transparent panel and operable to be fastened to the frame.

A window clamp and assembly for an automotive window regulator assembly. The window clamp provided features a body foundation and a U-shaped bridge extending from the foundation configured to deflect away from the foundation to allow a window panel to be inserted into a slot of the window clamp. Claws formed on the bridge pass through and interlock with holes in the window panel to secure and support the panel. Shoulders formed on and protruding from the bridge guide the window panel into position and aid in supporting the panel. The window clamp design facilitates rapid and accurate assembly of the window clamp assembly while providing increased stability of the window panel and reduced size of the window clamp.
