Motor assisted revolving door system and method with multiple sensors
A control system for a door includes: a controller; a door motor configured to be operatively connected to the controller; an object sensor configured to be operatively connected to the controller and to detect a presence of an object; and an operation sensor configured to be operatively connected to the controller and to detect movement of a door, and wherein the controller is configured to send a operation signal to the door motor to cause the door motor to operate when the controller detects both: a signal from the object sensor indicating that the operation sensor has detected the presence of and object; and a signal from the operation sensor indicating that the operation sensor has detected movement.
Rotary fitting
A pivot window includes a laminated body. The laminated body includes two sheets of a plate material; a peripheral end member provided at a peripheral end parts of the two sheets of the plate material; and a cell array plate material which is interposed between the two sheets of the plate material and which has a plurality of cells respectively having a gas phase and encapsulating a latent heat storage material having a melting point and a freezing point in a specific temperature range. The pivot window further includes a rotation mechanism for causing the laminated body to perform at least half rotation in a vertical direction.
DOOR SYSTEM AND METHOD WITH EARLY WARNING SENSORS
A sensor system for a door is includes a door configured to provide selective access between a first area and a second area; a door controller for controlling whether the door can open or be in a closed and locked position; a motion sensor for detecting motion in an area proximate to the door, the motion sensor configured to be operatively connected to the door controller; an object recognition sensor for recognizing objects in an area proximate to the door and proximate to the area where motion sensor detects motion, the object recognition sensor configured to be operatively connected to the door controller.

Revolving door
A revolving door comprising an at least partly cylindrical shell wall, which is embodied with an entrance and an exit, and two rotatable door wings, which during normal operation are placed in each other's extended direction inside the shell wall, wherein between the shell wall and an end of at least one door wing, which end is movable near and along the shell wall, a sliding door is provided which is suitable for closing off the entrance or exit respectively, and in that during normal operation an end of the door wing is constantly positioned near the sliding door and between its lateral edges, and wherein the sliding door comprises two adjacent separable sliding door parts which in normal operation are connected to each other and are movable away from each other in an emergency situation to provide a free and unobstructed passage way through the entrance or exit respectively.

CONTROL ARRANGEMENT FOR AN ENTRANCE SYSTEM HAVING ONE OR MORE MOVABLE DOOR MEMBERS
A control arrangement (20) for an entrance system (10) has one or more movable door members (D1 . . . Dm) and an automatic door operator (30) for causing movements of the one or more movable door members (D1 . . . Dm) between closed and open positions. The control arrangement (20) comprises a controller (32) and a plurality of sensors (S1 . . . Sn). Each sensor is connected to the controller (32) and is configured to monitor a respective zone (Z1 . . . Zn) at the entrance system (10) for presence or activity of a person or object. Each sensor (S1 . . . Sn) has an active mode and an inactive mode, wherein the sensor consumes no electric power in the inactive mode or substantially less electric power in the inactive mode than in the active mode. The controller (32) is configured to determine a current operational state of the entrance system (10) among a plurality of possible operational states, and selectively cause at least one of the sensors (S1 . . . Sn) to be in its active mode or in its inactive mode depending on the determined current operational state of the entrance system (10).

Threat Detection and Security Entryway System
An entryway system has at least one door having access hardware on both sides. The access hardware on both sides each have a first handing position that operates a latch and a second handing position that prevents latch operation. In response to a sensed condition, such as a trigger from a metal detector or other sensing device, one or both of the access hardware can be selectively re-handed from the first handing position to the second handing position.
