Single-Track stacking panel covering for an architectural opening
09702186 · 2017-07-11 · ·

A stacking panel covering for an architectural opening includes a headrail and a plurality of suspended from the headrail. The panels form an overlapped stack at one end of the headrail when the stacking panel covering is opened, and cover the architectural opening when the stacking panel covering is closed. The panels are piggybacked on those adjacent thereto, so that they stack, one behind the next, when the stacking panel covering is opened, and so that each pulls the next adjacent thereto as the stacking panel covering is being closed. The panels themselves may be planar, or convexly curved in a horizontal direction and substantially straight in a vertical direction.

CUPBOARD DOOR BALANCE SYSTEM
20170183901 · 2017-06-29 ·

A balance system used with a door of a cupboard comprises a transmission shaft, a first pulley on the transmission shaft, and a balance component. The first pulley is connected to a door belt, one end of the door belt is secured to the first pulley, and the other end of the belt is connected to the door. The balance component comprises a balancing member, a balancing belt and a second pulley on the transmission shaft. One end of the balancing belt is connected to the second pulley, and the other end of the balancing belt is connected to the balancing member, such that the balancing member is hung on the second pulley. The first pulley and the second pulley rotate synchronously, and the door belt and the balancing belt are wound oppositely. With the balance system, a small driving force can open/close the door.

Vertically stacking panel door with improved curved track portions

A track of a vertically stacking door includes a vertical track, a first curved track portion, a second curved track portion, a first horizontal track portion coupled to the first curved track portion, and a second horizontal track portion coupled to the second curved track portion. The first curved track portion and the second curved track portion are split off from the vertical track and the first curved track portion and the second curved track portion each comprises multiple radii of curvature.

Cupboard with up-down louvered door

A cupboard has a body and an up-down louvered door. The door comprises a plurality of louvers, and a pair of lift racks to which the louvers are attached. The cupboard also includes a motor transmission apparatus, and two belts. When people need to open the door, the motor is actuated, whereby the lift racks lift and fold up, causing the louvers to fold up, and thus the door is opened. When people need to close the door, the motor is reversed, such that lift racks descend and extend, causing the louvers to extend, and thus the door is closed. The door can open adequately so as to facilitate taking out/putting in articles. No more space is occupied while opening the door, and the door is safe while closing. A small driving force can open/close the door.

A small driving force can open/close the door, and the cupboard features easy operation, long lifetime, low cost and good stability.

Cabinet door with retractable panel

A cabinet door assembly is moveably mounted to a cabinet to selectively close a cabinet. The cabinet door has a substantially planar first panel and a substantially planar second panel in a planar parallel configuration. The second panel may retract relative to the first panel upon application of an impact force to the second panel. A stop member may be incorporated to limit the downward movement of the second panel. Ramp surfaces and a guide member cooperate to facilitate upward and/or inward directional movement of the second panel relative to the first panel upon application of an impact force to the second panel.

MOVABLE CLOSURE SYSTEM

Improvements to movable closure systems which aid installability and reliability of said systems can include wheels running along the top and bottom of individual slidable elements, the wheels oriented horizontally and disposed within a track configured for receiving the horizontal wheels. The horizontal wheels reduce the vertical profile of the track-engaging portions of the slidable elements, enabling more of the slidable element to be used for glass or other aesthetically-preferable transparent materials. A track leveling system enables installers to more easily deploy and properly tune the system between floors and casings which are not perfectly flush. A compression jamb permits closure of the system via slidable elements pressing into the jamb to deflect it in order to better seal the closure comprised of the individual slidable elements. A durable hinge mechanism permits the sliding elements to rotate in order to stack the sliding elements at one end of the system.

Access panel

An access panel for a horizontal opening, the access panel (11) comprises a parallel array (12) of members (14, 15, 16) and a lateral extent (W) of the array (12) corresponding to a lateral extend (D) of the opening between first (17) and second (18) end members of the array (12) defining a length (L) of the panel (12). At least two pantograph units (20, 21) extend between the first (17) and second (18) end members and each member (14-16, etc.) in the parallel array (12) is pivotably linked to each pantograph unit. The members (14, 15, 16 etc) and units (20, 21) permit the panel (11) to function as a planar structure and enable the length (L) of the panel (11) to be varied between a minimum length (L1) and a maximum length (L2) and an intermediate configuration having a length between the minimum and maximum lengths (L1, L2).

Security window applied to single window

A security window applied to a single window is applied to a previously installed single window so as to block an open space of the window and prevent entry by strangers and a person inside from having a falling accident. The security window can be separated from within a room as necessary, and thus movement of an object or emergency escape is facilitated. Meanwhile, the security window cannot be separated from outside the room, and thus intrusion by persons with malicious intent can be prevented from the onset.
