INSULATED ATTIC HATCH
An attic access assembly includes an outer frame and a panel subassembly. The outer frame attaches to a ceiling and frames an attic opening. The panel subassembly includes a central panel that fits within the outer frame, and a flexible barrier that defines an insulation pocket extending upwardly from the central panel. The central panel may include an insulating foam material. The insulation pocket is used to contain an insulating material. Weatherstripping seals the panel subassembly to the outer frame. The panel subassembly may include a panel frame that fits within the outer frame, frames the central panel, and defines a groove to retain a weatherstripping seal.
Adjustable gate apparatus, system and method
An adjustable gate is provided. The adjustable gate includes a body having an upper horizontal element and a lower horizontal element. The body also includes a first vertical side member, and a second vertical side member, with the upper and the lower horizontal elements moveably coupled to the first and second vertical side members. A hinge post has a first elongated member having a hinge and an adjustable hinge post mounting tab. A latch post has a second elongated member having a latch apparatus and an adjustable latch post mounting tab. The adjustable hinge post and latch post mounting tabs are structured to couple to a mounting surface, and the hinge is structured to couple to either the first or second vertical side members and the latch apparatus is structured to removeably couple to either the first or second vertical side members.

SAFETY APPARATUS FOR PASSENGERS OR PEDESTRIANS
Proposed is a safety apparatus using blocking members, such as rope, for allowing or blocking passage of passengers and pedestrians. The safety apparatus of the present disclosure is configured to reduce a vertical distance of the blocking members when the vertically arranged blocking members are raised to allow passage and increase the vertical distance of the blocking members when the blocking members are lowered to block the passage and reduce a vertical length of the apparatus.
Gate having four pins and stairway post adapter
A gate apparatus that includes a gate, an elongate member or gate base for the ends of the gate, and a stairway post adapter such that a wooden stairway post can serve as a base for a gate without harming the wood of the stairway post. The stairway post adapter includes a vertical or longitudinally running channel for receiving the gate base, a horizontally or laterally extending channel for receiving a strap, and a recess or receptor or face for confronting a section of a stairway post. The gate base includes an upper and lower eyelet. Each of the ends of the gate includes upper and lower pins for engaging the upper and lower eyelets of the gate bases. On the hinge side of the gate, the pins are relatively long and remain in the eyelets as the gate is lifted and swung. On the latch side of the gate, the pins are relatively short such that that latch side of the gate can be lifted and disengaged from the eyelets and then swung open. The gate is extendable and retractable in length, and is reversible.
Vehicle Barrier Gate System
A vehicle barrier gate system which is positioned above a roadway through which vehicles pass. Some of the various embodiments of the present disclosure include a gate comprised of an arm and barrier which is adjustable between a raised position in which a vehicle may pass and a lowered position in which a vehicle is prevented from passing. The gate may be movably connected to a ceiling or an overhead support structure positioned above the roadway. Various types of actuators may be utilized to adjust the gate along a linear and/or angular path between the raised and lowered positions. A control unit may be in communication with one or more sensors and/or an authorization system to control the actuator. The gate may include a breakaway mechanism which allows the gate to be manually raised or lowered in the event of actuator failure or a vehicle ramming through the gate.
Positioning Device for Fence Supplemented with Pet Guardrail
Disclosed is a positioning device for a fence supplemented with a pet guardrail. The pet guardrail is fixed to a side of an existing fence in a side-attaching manner, and an upper crossbar and a lower crossbar of the pet guardrail are fixed to an outer side of the existing fence by bolts and covered and protected by front and rear cover plates, and both ends of the upper crossbar and lower crossbar are sheathed with a side sleeve for protection. In this way, the grid spacing of the existing fence can be reduced to prevent pets from escaping, and the overall appearance is aesthetic, and the overall structure avoids people or pets from being scratched by the bolts and just requires simple operations for the installation.
Arcuate drive through bin door assembly
A drive through bin door having a curved bottom I-beam connected to an inner and outer door frame. The door frames have a curved top member connected to a pair of posts by a plurality of nuts and bolts. A door panel is hingedly connected to one of the door frames.

Hazard alert device for elevated barrier
A hazard alert device, which can be battery powered or hard wired, is configured to provide a hazard alert when a gate along an edge of an elevated surface is in the open position. Upon detecting the gate is in the open position, the device produces an audible and visual alert. When the gate, disposed within a portion of the barrier, is opened to allow the movement of people and/or materials to or from the elevated surface, the device includes a snooze mode enabling the audible alarm to be silenced for a period of time. If the gate is inadvertently left in the open position, the audible alert serves as a reminder to close the gate. This device may include first and second sensors with dual channels (output signals) and dual cross-checking processors that continually compare outputs from the sensor channels to identify any defect in the sensor or wiring.
