A ladder for a user to climb and which holds a rag includes a first rail having a top and a second rail and rungs attached to the first rail and second rail. The ladder includes an end cap that is attached adjacent to the top of the first rail. The end cap having an attachment portion which attaches to the first rail and a cover portion which covers over the first rail, and extends from the attachment portion. The cover portion having a rag holder. LADDER FASCIA CLAMP AND LOCK
A clamping device for securing a ladder to a structure including a housing having a first, ladder end, and a second, building end opposite the ladder end, the housing defining an internal cavity. The clamping device utilizes a clamp with a housing end disposed within the housing and an opposite, grip end configured for releasable attachment to the structure. The clamp laterally reciprocates relative to the housing between an extended position and a retracted position. Additionally, the clamping device also includes a ladder hook associated with the ladder end of the housing for releasable engagement with the ladder, and an actuator associated with the housing and configured for causing lateral reciprocation of the clamp relative to the housing.
Walkthrough and standoff mechanisms for ladders, ladders incorporating same and related methods
A ladder and ladder accessory are provided including an accessory that may be coupled to the ladder in multiple configurations and serve multiple purposes. In one embodiment, a pair of components are each selectively coupled with associated rails of a ladder in a first, stored state, and a second, walkthrough state. When in the walkthrough state, the components extend upwards from and above the rails so that a user may gasp the components and step between the components when transitioning from the ladder to an elevated surface (e.g., a roof) or vice versa. In another embodiment, the components may be coupled to the ladder such that they extend in a direction that is substantially transverse to a plane through which the rails extend. When in this transverse orientation, the components may be used as a stand-off device.

A ladder and ladder accessory are provided including an accessory that may be coupled to the ladder in multiple configurations and serve multiple purposes. Ladder Stabilizer Attachment Device
A ladder stabilizer attachment device secures a ladder stabilizer to a ladder. The device includes a sleeve including an outer wall. The outer wall has an outer face, an inner face, an upper end, and a lower end. The lower end is open. A slot extends into the inner face from the lower end to receive a top end of a ladder side rail and an uppermost rung of the ladder into the slot. A top edge of the slot defines a stop whereby the stop rests upon the uppermost rung of the ladder. A coupler is mounted to the sleeve. The coupler releasably engages the uppermost rung of the ladder.
Ladder Stabilizer Attachment Device
A ladder stabilizer attachment device secures a ladder stabilizer to a ladder. The device includes a sleeve including an outer wall. The outer wall has an outer face, an inner face, an upper end, and a lower end. The lower end is open. A slot extends into the inner face from the lower end to receive a top end of a ladder side rail and an uppermost rung of the ladder into the slot. A top edge of the slot defines a stop whereby the stop rests upon the uppermost rung of the ladder. A coupler is mounted to the sleeve. The coupler releasably engages the uppermost rung of the ladder.
ROOF MOUNTED LADDER SAFETY BRACKET
A roof mounted ladder safety bracket comprises a first plate, a second plate, a third plate, a first hinge and a second hinge. The first plate and the second plate are rotably coupled via the first hinge and the second plate and the third plate are rotably coupled via the second hinge. The first plate further comprises a plurality of arms extending therefrom, each of the plurality of arms comprises thereon at a distal end, a hook having an open end facing outward in a first direction and the open end of the hook is configured to be temporarily attached to a leg of a ladder. The third plate further comprises at least one opening configured to enable the ladder safety bracket to be temporarily coupled to a roof structure. The roof mounted ladder safety bracket secures to the ladder via the open end of the hook by using a locking mechanism and secures to the roof structure via the at least opening by nailing a nail through a portion of the at least one opening.
