Automated heart valve manufacturing
An automated system that can be used for prosthetic heart valve manufacturing or suturing procedures. The system can include a first automated fixture that includes an articulating arm and a target device holder. The system can also include one or more additional automated fixtures, which can be configured as one or more suturing arms that include another articulating arm and a needle holder. The first automated fixture can be configured to rotate a target device held by the holder to allow the one or more additional automated fixtures to perform operations such as form sutures on the target device without intervention of a human operator. The system can include a display system configured to display status information of a suturing procedure.
AUTOMATED HEART VALVE MANUFACTURING DEVICES AND METHODS
An automated system that can be used for prosthetic heart valve manufacturing or suturing procedures. The system can include a first automated fixture that includes an articulating arm and a target device holder. The system can also include one or more additional automated fixtures, which can be configured as one or more suturing arms that include another articulating arm and a needle holder. The first automated fixture can be configured to rotate a target device held by the holder to allow the one or more additional automated fixtures to perform operations such as form sutures on the target device without intervention of a human operator. The system can include a targeting system configured to provide positioning feedback to the system.
IMMUNOTHERAPEUTIC COMPOSITIONS AND METHODS OF PRODUCTION FOR CORONAVIRUS
Embodiments of the present disclosure relate generally to compositions and methods for the treatment and/or prevention of pathogenic viral infections, e.g., coronavirus infections. In particular, the present disclosure provides human plasma compositions and immunoglobulin prepared therefrom containing select antibody titers specific for coronavirus (e.g., SARS CoV-2), methods of identifying human donors and donor samples for use in the compositions, methods of manufacturing the compositions, and methods of utilizing the compositions for prophylactic administration and/or therapeutic treatment (e.g., passive immunization or immune-prophylaxis).
Multi-specific antibodies with affinity for human A33 antigen and DOTA metal complex and uses thereof
Described herein are multi-specific binding agents that bind A33 and 1,4,7,10-tetraazacyclododecane-1,4,7,10-tetraacetic acid. Also provided herein are methods of using multi-specific binding agents or compositions thereof for the detection, prevention, and/or therapeutic treatment of diseases characterized by expression of the A33 glycoprotein antigen, in particular, colorectal cancer.
Fungal vaccine compositions and methods of use thereof
This invention describes vaccine compositions and their methods of use utilizing inactivated fbp1Δ deletion mutant fungal cells.
ERADICATION OF BACTERIAL BIOFILM USING ANTI-AMYLOID MONOCLONAL ANTIBODIES
The present invention features compositions comprising an anti-amyloid antibody and methods of treating microbial infection and treating or preventing microbial biofilms using the composition.
HUMANISED ANTIBODIES AGAINST PATHOGENIC FUNGI
The present invention relates to humanised antibody molecules having specificity for -1,3 glucans and compositions comprising the same. The present invention also relates to the therapeutic uses of the antibody molecules, wherein said use is in the treatment or prophylaxis of fungal infections. It is further claimed a synergistic combination of a) at least one humanised antibody which has specificity for -1,3 glucans and b) one or more antifungal agents for use in the treatment or prophylaxis of infections of human cells.
Vaccine for falciparum malaria
The invention provides compositions and methods for preventing or reducing the severity of malaria.
METHODS OF TREATMENT FOR CANDIDA AURIS INFECTIONS
Disclosed herein are compositions and methods for treating and immunizing against C. auris infection and colonization. The compositions and methods include polypeptides and fragments derived from the C. albicans Als3 protein, homologs thereof, and antibodies or fragments thereof that specifically bind these polypeptides and fragments. Administration of these compositions confers treatment and resistance against C. auris infection and colonization.
