Injector remote tubing guide alignment device
A coiled tubing injector system may include a coiled tubing injector guide configured for guiding coiled tubing into a coiled tubing injector and a remotely adjustable guide mechanism. The remotely adjustable guide mechanism may include a guide mount configured for adjustably securing the coiled tubing injector guide to a frame of the coiled tubing injector and a drive mechanism configured for remotely adjusting a position of the guide mount relative to the frame.
Flow Tube
A flow tube for a control head for an apparatus (1) for forming a liquid seal around a conduit, cable or wire for intervention into a well, the flow tube comprising a flexible body (16) capable of stretching to accommodate localised variations in the external diameter of the conduit, cable or wire while maintaining a close contact with the external surface of the conduit, cable or wire.
HORIZONTAL DIRECTIONAL DRILLING SYSTEM WITH IMPROVED SYSTEM FOR LIMITING TORQUE
A method of controlling a horizontal directional drill having a rotary drive system. The rotary drive system includes a variable displacement pump providing pressurized fluid to a motor, a displacement control that adjusts motor displacement, a torque limiter valve that opens at a torque limit to provide pressurized fluid to the displacement control to allow the system to limit torque, and cross-port relief valves that open at a cross-port relief pressure to limit pressure applied across a motor inlet and a motor outlet. The method includes adjusting the torque limiter pressure to vary the maximum torque applied to a drill string based on operating parameters of the horizontal direction drill, and adjusting the cross-port relief pressure to be higher than the torque limiter pressure each time that the torque limiter pressure is adjusted.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR AN ELECTRIC POWERED SERVICE RIG
The usage of medium/high voltage to work on oil and gas wells with service/workover rigs, snubbing jacks, coil tubing injectors and continuous rod injectors is disclosed. The electric power may be supplied by high voltage power transmission lines or a generator. The electricity may be used to power electric motors which drive hydrostatic pumps, or hydraulic pumps to operate the hoisting device, commonly referred to as drawworks with rigs, jack cylinders with snubbing jacks and injectors with coil tubing and continuous rod injectors in addition to the other hydraulic needs such as controls, winches, tubing tongs and power swivels.

Electric, battery-powered wireline systems
A wireline system includes an operations cabin with a plurality of electrical devices, and a winch that includes an electric winch motor operable to drive a drum to manipulate a wireline cable. A first engine and a first electric generator are each arranged within the operations cabin and generate electrical power, a second electric generator driven by a second engine via a power takeoff to generate electrical power, and an umbilical extends from the operations cabin to an external energy source to provide electrical power. A battery pack is arranged within the operations cabin and includes rechargeable batteries communicably coupled to the electric generators and the umbilical, wherein the battery pack solely provides electrical power to the electric winch motor and the electrical devices, and wherein the electric generators and the external energy source provide electrical power to recharge the rechargeable batteries.

Injector head for coiled tubing systems
An injector head used in coiled tubing systems including at least two opposed counter-rotating chain loops having a first end and a second end, the chain loops having a chain. The injector head further includes a fixed drive sprocket disposed at the first end of a chain loop and a floating sprocket disposed at the second end of the chain loop. In the injector head, there is a force applied to the floating bottom sprocket to maintain the chain loop at a desired chain tension. Additionally, the injector head includes a tension cylinder that automatically maintains the chain loop at the desired chain tension.
