Valve device and method
A valve device having a valve with first connection elements for mounting the valve in a port of a wellhead, a spool unit having a through-channel, second connection elements arranged in the through-channel, and a flange, the flange configured for sealingly mounting the spool unit to the wellhead, aligning the through-channel with the port, and a plug comprising third connection elements configured for sealingly and removably engaging the second connection elements and attach the plug in the through-channel. A method for removing, replacing or arranging a valve located in a port of a wellhead is also provided.

Method and apparatus for suspending a well
A method is for suspending flow in a well. The method includes placing a first plug in a production tubular in an upper wellhead section, above a downhole safety valve. The first plug is adapted to fit into the production tubular to form a fluid seal in the production tubular to form a barrier for containing well fluid; equipped with instrumentation for obtaining information by measuring physical characteristics below the plug; and equipped with means for transmitting said obtained information to an operator. There is also described an apparatus for suspending flow in the well.
Temporary well isolation device
A temporary well isolation device which has an axial passage that comprises a temporary housing having an internal cavity containing a chemical material and a temporary barrier or plug member that can be actuated by an external mechanism to allow fluid to flow into the internal chamber and contact the chemical material in the internal chamber. When the chemical material is exposed to fluid, the chemical material causes the temporary housing to corrode, dissolve, and/or degrade.
Closing device for wells or the like
A closing device for wells or the like includes a frame that is intended to be stationary in the mounted condition of the device and that delimits a through-slot; a removable closing cover, which cooperates with the frame and which can alternately be arranged in a closing or opening position of the slot, without coinciding therewith, the closing cover being provided with a locking mechanism to the frame in the closing position, the locking mechanism having a bolt that cooperates with an engagement seat integral with the frame, the locking mechanism being provided in combination with a drive tool of the locking mechanism; and enabling and disabling members of the drive tool that drive the locking mechanism or that couple the drive tool and the locking mechanism.

WELL SHUT-IN SAFETY APPARATUS
An above-ground well shut-in safety apparatus, structure, and method useful for shutting-in wells during a blow-out is provided. The apparatus includes a top portion closing an upper end of an apparatus, a side wall with a long axis, a sleeve inside the side wall, and a bottom portion including an open end. A structure for shutting in a well, comprising a rig, a drive rigidly connected to the rig, and an apparatus rigidly connected to the drive, the apparatus including a tubular side wall, a top portion closing an upper end of the side wall, and a sealing sleeve inside the side wall. A method for shutting-in a well including driving an open end of an apparatus onto a stump of the well, the apparatus including a closed end opposite the open end and a tubular side wall with a sealing sleeve, and sealing the sleeve onto the stump.
Pressure Control Assembly
An embodiment includes a greaseless multi-level pressure control assembly.

Method for Preventing Influx of Fluid During Fracturing of an Offset Well
Method is provided for preventing fluid from entering a well, such as a producing well, during a hydraulic fracturing treatment in another well completed in the same reservoir. Degradable ball sealers or degradable particulate material is injected into the well and pressure is maintained in the well during the fracturing treatment to prevent influx of fluid.
