A system to clean well casing in a downhole well operation. The system comprises an inner collar having flow ports and an out collar having jet ports in fluid communication with the flow ports. The inner collar couples with a section of a tool string and the outer collar rotates about the inner collar in response to fluid flow through the tool string. The inner collar can include a sleeve. The sleeve can be moved from a first position to a second position causing the jet ports to be in fluid communication with the flow ports. The inner collar remains relatively stationary with respect to the rotation of the outer collar. In addition, the jet ports are angled in a way that a portion of force generated by the fluid flow through the jet ports induce rotation of the outer collar in the opposite direction of the fluid flow.

A method for reviving a well may include deploying a tube between a casing and a wellbore tubular of the well. The tube may extend from a surface through a port at a wellhead of the well to a section of the well at a depth above a packer. The method may include pumping down, through the tube, non-corrosive material into the section of the well. The well may be blocked below the packer by well blockage. The method may include destroying the well blockage by dissolving the well blockage using the non-corrosive material. The method may include pumping up, through the wellhead, the well blockage dissolved in the non-corrosive material.

TOOL FOR OPENING SLIDING SLEEVE

A sliding sleeve opening tool includes an engaging element, a ball seat and a guiding head connected in sequence, as disclosed herein. The engaging element includes at least two elastic pawls uniformly disposed in a circumferential direction and at least one engaging part disposed on an external circumferential surface of an elastic pawl, and the engaging element is further provided with a first fluid channel which runs through the engaging element. The ball seat is provided with a second fluid channel which runs through the ball seat, and within the second fluid channel a taper hole section for bearing a sealing ball is disposed, the second fluid channel being in communication with the first fluid channel. The guiding head is provided with a third fluid channel which runs through the guiding head, and the third fluid channel is in communication with the second fluid channel. The sliding sleeve opening tool has at least one of the pushing function, the fishing function, the pushing assistance function, the mud scraping function and the sealing function.

The platform includes scraping arrangement for removing debris from the interior wall of the casing string. The platform includes a debris catching arrangement downhole of the scraping arrangement for collecting some or all of the debris removed. The platform may include a coating arrangement to deliver and apply a substance to at least a part of the wall of the casing string. The coating arrangement may include a reservoir holding one or more liquid substances and a valve to regulate flow of the one or more liquid substances. The liquid substance may include epoxy resin.
