Tension arrangement for subsea Christmas tree
The present disclosure describes a subsea well installation including an Xmas tree coupled to a wellhead. A guide frame is located at a lower region of the Xmas tree. A flush and cap tool (FACT) adaptor is mounted on an upper region of the Xmas tree. A tension arrangement extends between the guide frame and the FACT adaptor, to apply a compressive force through the Xmas tree.

METHOD OF MONITORING THE LOADING OF A SUBSEA PRODUCTION SYSTEM
A method of monitoring a condition of a connection between two bodies which are connected using a connector. The connector has a sensor assembly which provides an output representing a degree of movement of one or both of the two bodies. The method includes installing the connector and the two bodies in a use position in which the connector joins the two bodies, and using the output from the sensor assembly and a numerical model to determine a force on one or both of the two bodies or of the condition of the connector. The numerical model is a record of test forces applied to a test element secured to the connector or of a test connector having a same configuration as the connector and a corresponding output from the sensor assembly of the connector or of the test connector during and/or after the application of each test force.

Method for detecting flooding in flexible tubular pipes under high pressure conditions
A system for inspecting flexible pipelines comprises a data analyzer, a data collector and an ultrasonic transducer. Further, the ultrasonic transducer is adapted to propagate shear wave into the annulus of the flexible pipeline. The data collector further comprises a data store and a communicator. Further, the system is capable of differentiating flooding and non-flooding condition of the annulus of the flexible pipeline which is subjected to high pressure. Using the system, an indicator of a flooded or non-flooded condition within the flexible pipeline may be calculated using transmitted and detected reflective waves or the lack of detected reflective waves.
