The fracturing component section further may include a coupling plate connected to the section frame. The fracturing component section also may include one or more of a plurality of quick-connect electrical couplers or a plurality of quick-connect fluid couplers connected to a coupling plate. The quick-connect electrical and fluid couplers may be positioned to receive respective electrical and fluid connections of the component electrical and fluid assemblies and connect to other portions of the hydraulic fracturing unit.
WELL SITE EDGE ANALYTICS
Systems and methods for real-time monitoring and control of well site operations employ well site edge analytics to detect abnormal operations. The systems and methods receive well site data from a remote programmable automation (PAC) controller at the well site, the well site data representing one or more operational parameters related to the well site operations. A probability is derived for a given slope for each one of the one or more operational parameters as correlated to a different one of the one or more operational parameters to produce correlated probabilities for the one or more operational parameters. A resultant probability is derived from the correlated probabilities for the one or more operational parameters and it is determined whether the resultant probability meets a preselected threshold probability value. A responsive action is initiated if the resultant probability fails to meet the preselected threshold probability value.

Method and apparatus for testing of the downhole connector electrical system during installation
Disclosed are methods and devices for testing downhole connector electrical systems and cable integrity during installation of a permanent completion, including a customized retrievable plug arm assembly connectable to the completion during RIH, the tool mimicking a retrievable ESP, but without motor, and can be employed with or without pressure isolation. Another method employs a slidable starpoint located within the downhole wet mate connector of the completion to provide continuous electrical contact between the phases when no retrievable assembly is in place. When a retrievable assembly is later put in place, the slidable starpoint is moved into a second position that no longer provides electrical contact between the phases. Another method uses fusible links installed between two conductors within the downhole electrical connector system of the completion to provide similar electrical contact between phases, the fusible link configured to melt away once motor current is sent through the conductors.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR CALIBRATING WELL-COMPLETION TECHNIQUES
A method for a completion operation of a well includes performing, by a simulator, an initial simulation based on geological data and an input parameter, the initial simulation providing simulated net pressure values for the well; receiving an indication of an actual net pressure value in the well; adjusting, by an RL agent, the input parameter to the simulator based on a difference between the actual net pressure value and a corresponding simulated net pressure value; performing an updated simulation based on the geological data and the adjusted input parameter, the updated simulation providing updated simulated net pressure values; iteratively adjusting the input parameter to the simulator, with the corresponding simulated net pressure value being from the updated simulated net pressure values; and providing an indication of an event at the well based on the actual net pressure value and the corresponding simulated net pressure value.

Well alarms and event detection
A technique facilitates smart alarming, event detection, and/or event mitigation. The smart alarming may be achieved by, for example, automating detection processes and using advanced signal processing techniques. In some applications, event detection is enhanced by combining different alarms to facilitate diagnosis of a condition, e.g. a pump condition. The occurrence of certain unwanted events can be mitigated by automatically adjusting operation of a well system according to suitable protocols for a given event.

SYSTEMS AND METHODS TO MONITOR, DETECT, AND/OR INTERVENE RELATIVE TO CAVITATION AND PULSATION EVENTS DURING A HYDRAULIC FRACTURING OPERATION
Systems and methods for monitoring, detecting, and/or intervening with respect to cavitation and pulsation events during hydraulic fracturing operations may include a supervisory controller. The supervisory controller may be configured to receive pump signals indicative of one or more of pump discharge pressure, pump suction pressure, pump speed, or pump vibration associated with operation of the hydraulic fracturing pump. The supervisory controller also may be configured to receive blender signals indicative of one or more of blender flow rate or blender discharge pressure. Based on one or more of these signals, the supervisory controller may be configured to detect a cavitation event and/or a pulsation event. The supervisory controller may be configured to generate a cavitation notification signal indicative of detection of cavitation associated with operation of the hydraulic fracturing pump, and/or a pulsation notification signal indicative of detection of pulsation associated with operation of the hydraulic fracturing pump.
