Method for training coal rock interface recognition model, method for cutting control of shearer, and intelligent control system
A method for training a coal rock interface recognition model is performed by a cloud server. The method includes receiving a sample coal rock distribution and sample multi-modal data from an edge processor, acquiring a sample load state feature based on the sample vibration data and the sample noise data; acquiring a sample cutting feature of a coal rock interface based on the sample video data. The method further includes acquiring a sample load feature for drum cutting based on the sample current data and the sample pressure data; calling the coal rock interface recognition model, and performing a decision-level fusion based on the sample load state feature; and training the coal rock interface recognition model based on the sample predicted coal rock distribution and the sample coal rock distribution to obtain a target coal rock interface recognition model.
DUAL-PERSON DUAL-MACHINE MEASUREMENT METHOD FOR MINING AND TRANSPORTATION EQUIPMENT
A dual-person dual-machine measurement method for mining and transportation equipment is provided, including an intelligent measurement module, a measurement user module, and a measurement task module. The intelligent measurement module includes two inspectors conducting inspections in opposite directions and Augmented Reality (AR) glasses carried by the inspectors, and is configured to collect data based on Hololens equipment. The measurement user module is built into edge computers carried by the inspectors and includes a multi-user collaborative platform, where the multi-user collaborative platform measures working-face mining-transportation pose data under AR assistance and performs data processing operations, and the multi-user collaborative platform enables real-time collaboration of measurement perspectives and data among multiple users. The measurement task module is responsible for clarifying measurement tasks for the multi-user collaborative platform and for solving data feedback from the measurement tasks, and simultaneously feeds back solving results to an inspection AR end in the form of tasks.
SENSOR SYSTEM AND A METHOD FOR A MINING VEHICLE
A sensor system in a mining vehicle includes at least one sensor configured to scan surroundings of the mining vehicle, at least one computing device configured to execute a plurality of applications, and a managed switch connected to the at least one sensor and the at least one computing device, wherein the managed switch is connected to the at least one computing device from via a first port of the managed switch configured to forward data for a first application of the plurality of applications and from via at least one second port configured to forward data for at least one second application of the plurality of applications. The managed switch is configured to send measurement data of the surroundings from the at least one sensor to the first port and send a copy of the measurement data to the at least one second port.
