An NPR rock bolt according to the present disclosure comprises a bolt body (1), a tray (2) and a lock (3). The bolt body (1) is an NPR spiral steel bar, an outer surface of the NPR spiral steel bar is provided with a number of convex spiral ribs, and the spiral ribs have a spiral structure. The tray (2) and the lock (3) are directly sleeved on a tail of the NPR spiral steel bar. The NPR bolt according to the present disclosure can effectively solve the problem in the prior art that conventional rock bolts have a low elongation and cannot meet the requirement of large deformation of the surrounding rock.

RESIN-GROUTED ROCK BOLT ASSEMBLY WITH AN ADAPTED SEALING BUSH

Disclosed is a rock bolt assembly including: an elongate bolt extending with distal and proximal ends; a tubular sleeve longitudinally extending between leading and trailing ends on the bolt so at least a proximal end portion projects from the trailing end of the sleeve; and a nozzle docking bush on the proximal end portion between the sleeve's trailing end and the bolt's proximal end. The bush has a cylindrical body between first and second ends, a central hole extending through the body, spaced-apart annular ridges on the cylindrical body, a grout distributing channel between the ridges, and an aperture in the channel connecting the channel and hole. The central hole includes a leading portion ending at the first end, sealingly receiving the trailing end. A trailing portion of the central hole ends at the second end and sealingly engages the bolt. Each annular ridge seals against a grout nozzle.

A mining bolt system to anchor mining roofs. A bearing plate has a top bearing surface, a bottom bearing surface and a central hole. An L-shaped angle bracket having an upstanding portion and an upper portion has further defined therein a pair of bracket holes. A bolt including a rod portion and a bolt head passes through the central hole and into a mine roof. A threaded staff is then adapted to pass through one of the bracket holes underneath the bottom bearing surface, wherein, in combination, the bearing plate, angle bracket and threaded staff can be tensioned to provide a lifting force against the mine roof.

A Safety Plug

A safety plug for use in a bore hole comprising a bore wall. The safety plug comprises a body having a leading end and a trailing end, and at least one flared portion. An anchoring element extends at least partially around an associated flared portion. Axially displacement of anchoring element relative to its associated flared portion causes the anchoring element to bear against the flared portion and transitions the anchoring element between an unexpanded condition and an expanded condition. A nose, comprising conical elements, extends longitudinally from the leading end of body. The nose is longitudinally compressible.

ANTI-SEISMIC SUPPORT METHOD FOR MINE SHAFT

An anti-seismic support method for a mine shaft includes: providing a circular support groove in a liquefaction-prone layer of the mine shaft; providing horizontal support holes in a groove wall, and fixing an outer support spring steel cylinder against the groove wall; drilling vertical support holes at a groove bottom, anchoring a vertical anchor rod group into the vertical support holes, and injecting an expansion anchoring slurry into the vertical anchor rod group; making a lower positioning support ring abut against an upper end of the vertical anchor rod group and an inner wall of the outer support spring steel cylinder; fixing an anti-seismic connecting rod group between lower and upper positioning support rings; making an outer wall of an inner support spring steel cylinder abut against the upper and lower positioning support rings; and providing an upper support cover seat atop the outer and inner support spring steel cylinders.

Adapted grout delivery sleeve

A rock anchor assembly includes: a tubular sleeve between first and second ends, having an anchor retaining portion opening on the second end; a rock anchor with an elongate body extending between distal and proximal ends, received in the tubular sleeve with the proximal and distal ends of the body projecting from the first and second ends respectively of the sleeve; a tensioning and locking assemblage on the anchor body between the proximal end and the first end of the sleeve, a forward part being engageable with the first end of the sleeve; and a mechanical anchor engaged to the anchor body at the distal end which, from an unexpanded configuration, expands radially to an expanded configuration. The anchor retaining portion at least partially retains the mechanical anchor in the unexpanded configuration. The anchor retaining portion expands circumferentially to accommodate retracted ingress of the anchor in the expanded configuration.

Mine bolt bending system

A mine bolt bending system includes a frame comprising a plurality of bolt receiving portions each configured to receive and hold a mine roof bolt, a bolt contact member secured to the frame, with the bolt contact member rotatable relative to the frame between a first position and second position, and an actuator secured to the frame, with the actuator configured to move the bolt contact member between the first and second positions. The bolt contact member is configured to bend a mine bolt when rotating from the first position to the second position.
