Concrete crosstie
A monoblock concrete crosstie for railway tracks that achieves a high performance in operation includes a steel structure that is formed from ultra-resistant high strength steel plates embedded in a concrete element and having pre-stressed cold rolled wires with ends that form button head knots which are anchored to the steel plates. The crosstie includes rail seats with a convex channeled formation that is mateable with an extending member of a faceplate wherein the railseat has a width less than the width of the faceplate, and a center of the face plate has a first distance from a center of the concrete element and a center of the rails seat has a second distance from the center of the concrete element, the first distance greater than the second distance.

SLEEPER FASTENING SYSTEM ON A BALLASTLESS TRACK
The invention relates to a system for securing sleepers in a ballastless track formed by a base plate, sleepers and an interposed elastic intermediate plate, wherein the sleeper body comprises at least one through-hole, and the base plate comprises the corresponding blind holes in which a securing pin is embedded, to which a guide rod that can be inserted in the through-hole is joined, via which the sleeper is secured to the base plate in such a way that no additional pretensioning is added to that caused by the positioning of the sleeper thereon, and only a certain amount of vertical movement is permitted, forming a disassemblable assembly of the securing elements and the sleepers.

RAIL SUPPORT ARRANGEMENT
A rail support arrangement (100, 100a, 100b, 100c, 100d, 800, 1000, 1100) to which rails (190) and/or other track elements may be coupled. A plurality of rail supports (130) are embedded in grooves (120,1121A,1121B,1122A,1122B) in a slab (110,1010). Each rail support is configured to receive a rail fastening system (160) and comprises a projection (135) that engages with the rail fastening system in order to secure a rail or other track element to the rail support.
METHOD OF INSTALLING A RAIL SUPPORT ARRANGEMENT
(100, 100a, 100b, 100c, 100d, 800, 1000, 1100) upon which a plurality of rails (190) can be supported, wobei a slab (110,1010) of the rail support arrangement is mounted to a bedding layer provided directly onto an installation area of compacted ground.

VIBRATION DAMPENING RAILWAY TIE BOOT
A vibration dampening boot for railway tie blocks and a method of manufacturing railway tie block assemblies. The boot includes a bottom wall with resilient tie block contact structures disposed at different heights for initial tie block support and variable vibration dampening. The upper portion of the boot terminates in a removable wall connected to the side walls of the boot by a relatively thin tear strip to enable direct pouring of cast material, such as concrete or epoxy, into the boot for casting the tie block, with the wall removable after installation of the tie block assembly into a railway bed. In this manner, the boot may be used with pre-cast tie blocks as well as accommodate direct casting of the tie blocks within the boot to form a tie block assembly.
