MONORAIL TRANSPORTATION-BASED SPATIAL TRANSPORT SYSTEM
A monorail transportation-based spatial transport system, comprising a load-bearing frame system or a load-bearing pier system. The load-bearing frame or pier system divides, by means of bent caps, the spatial transport system into at least two layers (K1, K2), the two layers (K1, K2) comprising an odd-numbered layer below the bent cap (B-1) and an even-numbered layer above said bent cap, the odd-numbered layer comprising or not comprising suspended monorail transportation, and the even-numbered layer comprising any of straddle-type transportation, magnetic levitation-type transportation, road transportation and railway transportation. The spatial transport system comprises two or more types of monorail transportation or a combination of one or more types of monorail transportation and other types of transportation, and solves the problems of intensive passenger flow, ground transportation congestion and low logistics efficiency.
Runway Maintenance Apparatus
An aerodrome maintenance apparatus for monitoring runway and taxiway conditions and remotely reporting the status of the runway or taxiway. The apparatus comprises: a drive unit arranged to mount one or more rails to provide movement of the apparatus along the one or more rails; a detection unit comprising one or more sensors configured to detect one or more parameters of the runway or taxiway; and a communications unit arranged to transfer data derived from the detection unit from the apparatus to a remote server. The apparatus is arranged to advance along the one or more rails and transfer data representative of one or more parameters of the surface to a remote server.
Crack repair material of concrete vacuum tube segment using ultra-high performance concrete (UHPC) for hyper-speed transportation system, and crack repairing method for the same
The present invention provides a crack repair material of a concrete vacuum tube segment using ultra-high performance concrete (UHPC) for a hyper-speed transportation system and a crack repairing method for the same capable of, in a case in which a vacuum tube segment of a hyper-speed transportation system, such as the Hyperloop, is manufactured using UHPC, repairing cracks formed in the UHPC vacuum tube segment easily and conveniently using a crack growth prevention material and a patch repair material and capable of immediately repairing cracks formed in the UHPC vacuum tube segment to secure airtightness so that operation of a vacuum pump is minimized and overload of the vacuum pump is prevented.
Metamaterial null flux magnetic bearing system
A track element of a non-contact bearing extending in a length direction. The track element includes a conductive material strip having a facing surface with a height and width and a rear surface opposite the facing surfaces. The conductive material strip includes a slit extending in a height direction to form a first leg and a second leg, in which the first leg is bent in a zig-zag shape and the second leg is bent in a zig-zag shape that is complementary to the bending of the first leg. When the conductive material strip is viewed in a direction parallel to the facing surface, the first leg and the second leg cross each other at least once.
TRANSPORT SYSTEM, PROCESSING SYSTEM, AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING ARTICLE
A transport system includes: a transport path housing; a first magnetic force unit provided in the transport path housing; a transport vehicle that includes a second magnetic force unit provided so as to be able to face the first magnetic force unit and is able to travel along the transport path housing while being levitated by magnetic force acting between the first magnetic force unit and the second magnetic unit; a rail on which the transport vehicle lands to be able to travel, the rail being provided in the transport path housing; and at least one moving means for moving the transport vehicle in a landing state where the transport vehicle lands on the rail, to a position where the transport vehicle is be able to be levitated by the magnetic force.
Segmented track for a Maglev vehicle
A segmented track for a Maglev vehicle includes a structural support portion and a Maglev portion fastened to the structural support portion. Each segment of the structural support portion is formed by fusing together three cast metal components. Neighboring ones of the structural support segments are joined together end-to-end by fused metal, and neighboring ones of the reaction rail segments are joined together end-to-end by fused metal. The positioning and joining of the successive segments is done in the field using on site jigs and machines.
Railway fastener removal system
Systems, methods, and non-transitory, machine-readable media for railway fastener removal are disclosed. A railway fastener extractor may be aligned with a railway fastener installed in a railway tie. The railway fastener extractor may be coupled with a frame assembly and a cylinder and slide assembly of a railway workhead so that the railway fastener extractor is suspended from the cylinder and slide assembly. The railway fastener extractor may be operated to extend opposing claws of the railway fastener extractor toward a railway fastener, and may be operated to selectively apply force to a linkage system to grip the railway fastener, the force being directed along a longitudinal axis. The force may be bifurcated and corresponding forces may be applied to move linkages and move the opposing claws to grip the railway fastener, and the railway fastener extractor may be operated to extract the railway fastener.
MAGLEV TRAIN AND MOVING PART THEREOF
A moving part of a maglev train, comprising two levitation frames that are arranged at an interval along the direction of travel, the two levitation frames being connected by means of a vertical beam; a peripheral wall of the vertical beam provided with a slot that may reduce the torsional rigidity thereof, being capable of reducing the torsional rigidity of the traditional vertical beam so as to reduce the coupling effect between the two levitation frames that are connected by means of the vertical beam, thereby greatly reducing the difficulty and energy consumption of levitation control. The levitation frames and the train body are provided therebetween with a vertical shock absorber and a horizontal absorber having suitable damping values, the levitation frames and the train body are provided therebetween with horizontal stoppers and vertical stoppers which may prevent excessive horizontal movement, rollover and overturning.
Projected magnetic fastening system
According to some embodiments, a railcar comprises an interior wall and guard strips magnetically coupled to the interior wall. Each of the guard strips comprises a cushioning material for absorbing impact. The guard strips are configured to prevent an object loaded in the railcar from contacting the interior wall. The railcar further comprises protected magnetic fastening systems coupling each of the guard strips to the interior wall. Each of the protected magnetic fastening systems comprises a magnet and a rod comprising a first end and a second end. The first end is coupled to the magnet, and the second end extends through the guard strip. The protected magnetic fastening system may further comprise a cup washer coupled to the second end of the rod and secured with a fastener. The cup washer partially surrounds the fastener to restrict objects larger than the cup washer from contacting the fastener.
