The band saw includes a frame in which four saw band rollers are mounted. A saw band is stretched around the four saw band rollers and, in a recess of the frame, the saw band is twisted into a sawing plane by guiding elements. Due to the utilization of four saw band rollers, there is little wear of the saw band, resulting in a longer service life.
