A method for calibrating a device for measuring tracks having a track-driveable track-measuring car with a lifting and lining device and track-position measurement sensors measuring the height, direction and superelevation of the rails of the track using the machine frame as a reference zero line. A lifting and lowering device is associated with the track-measuring car. A calibration device is associated with the machine frame the track-measuring car, for calibrating the sensors, is first lowered from a parking position, in which the track-measuring car is lifted from the track, onto the track or into an intermediate position. Calibration stops are moved by an actuator from an idle position into a calibration position, against which the track-measuring car is subsequently raised and applied. The values of the track-position measurement sensors are read out and stored in the measurement system as calibration values, and the track-measuring car is lowered onto the track.

METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR CORRECTING VERTICAL POSITION DEFECTS OF A TRACK

The invention relates to a method for correcting vertical position defects of a track after a lifting-tamping process, with a stabilizing process carried out by means of a dynamic track stabilizer in which a stabilizing unit acts on the track at a forward-moving working point in a working direction, with track position data of the untreated track being recorded before the lifting-tamping process, and with track position data of the tamped track being recorded after the lifting-tamping process at a measuring point located in front of the stabilizing unit in the working direction. In this case, additional track position data of the stabilized track are recorded at an post-measuring point located behind the stabilizing unit in the working direction, with the dynamic track stabilizer being actuated during the stabilizing process as a function of track position data of the untreated and the tamped track at the working point and of track position data of the stabilized track at the post-measuring point. The additional post-measurement of the track position after the stabilizing process enables precise control of the dynamic track stabilizer.

RAILWAY RAIL GUIDE SYSTEM

A guide system including a railway rail extending along an axis and including an upper element having a rolling face; a lower element having a bearing face; a connecting element between the lower and upper elements, at least one lateral recess being formed between the lower and upper elements; at least first and second attitude sensors fixed to the rail by glue at respective positions offset along the axis of the rail, the attitude sensors being housed at least partially in the lateral recess; a processing circuit configured to recover attitude measurements supplied by the first and second attitude sensors and configured to calculate a deformation of the railway rail relative to the axis as a function of the recovered attitude measurements.

A method for determining vertical and lateral position faults of a track employs a track position measuring system having a common reference base formed of a single measuring chord disposed centrally between the rails and extending in the longitudinal direction of the machine. Two sensors are disposed on a central track position measuring unit for determining a longitudinal height and for determining a versine. The sensors each contact the measuring chord. Each track position measuring unit has two laser scanners, which are associated with respective rails, for scanning in a y-axis extending normal to a longitudinal direction of the rails and in a z-axis extending in a vertical direction. A track maintenance machine for carrying out track position corrections is also provided. Thus, a simplification of the track position measuring system with increased accuracy can be achieved.
