Interlocking tile

An interlocking tile includes a top surface, a bottom surface, and marginal faces disposed along a perimeter of the top surface. The tile also includes at least one male coupler disposed on a first marginal face and at least one female coupler extending from the bottom surface and disposed on a second marginal face. The at least one female coupler includes an arm, the arm comprising a first notch for engaging with a corresponding male coupler of an adjacent tile at a first position, and a second notch for engaging with the corresponding male coupler of the adjacent tile at a second position.

Golf course modular bunker paver blocks
10280569 · 2019-05-07 ·

A golf course bunker drainage system has been developed that is a modular structure taking the form of a plurality of porous bunker paver blocks formed of material exhibiting vertical and horizontal infiltration rates at least the same as bunker sand. The plurality of porous bunker paver blocks is disposed as a boundary layer between a bunker subsoil bottom surface and overlying bunker sand, allowing rainwater to drain into the subsoil, with excess rainwater directed away from the bunker sand. The use of bunker paver blocks also maintains the integrity of the bunker shape and prevents movement of sand and other materials along steeply sloping bunker sidewalls.

LIGHTWEIGHT UNIVERSAL PANEL MAT

A lightweight universal panel mat (100, 400, 500, 600, 700, 800, 1100, 1500, 1800, 2005, 2010, 2015, 2020) made of plastic or elastomeric material and having a first section that provides a relatively flat, textured or structured top surface to facilitate movement over the mat and a second section having geometry that includes a plurality of cells having top surfaces that support the first section. The panel mats have first, second, third and fourth sides (110,120,135,145) that are configured to matingly engage or connect to the second, third, fourth and first sides, respectively. The connection can be by insertion or snap-locking of one side to another, or by the use of fastening elements that more securely holds the sides together. Thus, similarly configured panel mats can be connected by interlocking to form a temporary support surface, deck, walkway or roadway. Additional side ramps (2030) and adapters (2050) can be used to facilitate installation of the mats (2005, 2010, 2015, 2020) and access to the upper surfaces of the joined mats.

Floor matting

Reversible floor mats having two layers bonded together at an undulating surface are described. Each layer has a generally non-constant across over its width and length. The combined thickness of the two layers is generally constant over its width and length. The layers have different colors and/or different surface textures to provide different working surfaces.

Synthetic ice panel

A synthetic ice panel system for use on a ground surface includes plurality of substantially flat panels that mutually interlock to form a rink, such as for ice skating. Each panel includes a top surface, a bottom surface adapted for resting on the ground surface, and a peripheral edge. The peripheral edge includes a plurality of interlocking tabs and recesses operative to mutually interlock with adjacent panels. Each panel is preferably made with a high-density polymer infused with a lubricant. As such, ice skates and the like are able to slide with relatively low friction on the top surface of the panel. Weather permitting; the panels may be inverted in some embodiments wherein the bottom surface of each panel includes a cooling channel containing a cooling tube through which a coolant flows to freeze water resting on the panel, thereby forming a layer of ice above the panel.

SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR CUSTOMIZING A PLAYING FIELD
20190017230 · 2019-01-17 ·

A customizable playing field includes a turf system comprising a tile with a turf layer. The tile overlays a subfloor, defining a reservoir thereunder. A forced air system includes a pipe disposed within the reservoir and operatively coupled to a pump; and a sensor. A control system controls the pump, and includes a processor in data communication with at least one input/output device and computer memory. The computer memory has a program with machine readable instructions that, when effected by the processor, perform the following steps: if the temperature is above a predetermined threshold as measured by the sensor, forcing a cool fluid through the pipe; and if the temperature is below a predetermined threshold as measured by the sensor, forcing a warm fluid through the pipe.

Floor mats comprising two layers bonded together with an undulating boundary between them. The surface color and/or surface texture of the first layer being different from the surface color and/or surface texture of the second layer. The mats having an interlocking periphery boundary adapted so the mats can be interlocked with adjoining mats to form a continuous planar mat flooring.

Anti-Fatigue Mat/Shock Pad

An anti-fatigue mat/shock pad has a mat body with a top surface, a bottom surface, a left side edge, a right side edge and a top and bottom edges. The top and bottom surface of the mat have raised regions thereon which are made up of longitudinally extending raised ribs arranged in parallel fashion with respect to one another and spaced apart a selected distance by longitudinal channels. The longitudinal ribs on the top surface are offset from the longitudinal ribs on the bottom surface in an alternating fashion so that they present a staggered array when viewed in cross section. This particular pattern of raised ribs on the top and bottom surfaces of the mat produces a non-linear deformation pattern under impact forces in use, such as would be caused by athletes running or jumping on an athletic field.

Equipment Control System

The invention disclosed herein includes an equipment management system. The equipment management system can include an ignition control device for connecting to a vehicle, a network for transmitting data between the ignition control device and a computer device. The equipment management system can also include an administrator portal to access and manage the ignition control device, manage the equipment management system, and have the capability to grant access and control to branch offices and customers.

Composite epoxy-concrete paver with enhanced durability and aesthetic appeal
12054895 · 2024-08-06 ·

An improved composite paver is provided specifically designed to overcome the limitations of conventional concrete pavers. The paver comprises a base layer made from a mixture of concrete and epoxy in an eight-to-two ratio by volume, providing enhanced durability and resistance to cracking. An appearance layer, consisting of colorful vinyl flakes, is applied atop the base layer, adding texture and visual appeal. The paver is further encapsulated with an additional layer of epoxy mixed with clear sand, offering slip resistance and protection against environmental factors. The unique combination of materials and the manufacturing process results in a paver that is not only aesthetically pleasing but also significantly more durable and low maintenance compared to traditional options. The composite paver is suitable for various applications, including outdoor spaces such as patios, driveways, and walkways, providing a long-lasting and visually attractive paving solution.
