Systems and Methods for Automating the Application of Friction-Modifying Coatings
A system and method for the application of friction-modifying coatings to roadways, walkways, and other areas subject to vehicular, human or animal traffic, the system and method comprising the controlled, simultaneous application of binder and filler to a surface of a substrate, using a mobile device which passes over the substrate as the binder and filler are being applied. The system includes a mobile platform configured for being coupled to a vehicle. A binder applicator is mounted on the mobile platform and coupled to a resin container. A plurality of openings is linearly arranged into two rows extending along the length of the binder applicator. An air knife is mounted on the mobile platform and coupled to an air compressor for generating an air curtain. An aggregate dispenser bar including at least one aggregate dispenser is coupled to an aggregate bin and mounted on the mobile platform for dispensing aggregate.

Packaging for driveway sealers and repair materials
An asphalt sealer packaging and dispensing system having a pre-portioned, modular containment for containing a volume of cold pour asphalt sealer. The modular containment is formed of a cube shaped outer corrugated cardboard housing having a high temperature stable sealing insert. The housing is interchangeably attached to a spreading apparatus having a wheeled carriage with grasping/pushing handles. A linear output of asphalt sealer is thereby dispensed as said wheeled carriage is rolled along a target surface.

System and method for filling tanks on a customized paint vehicle
A method for filling a tank with a coating material on a vehicle. The method includes providing containers of coating material to a location of the vehicle and inserting a draw tube into one of the containers. The method also includes pumping coating material using a draw pump and into the tank on the vehicle. The method also includes removing residual coating material from the containers and adding the residual coating material to the tank. If the coating material level is not at a desired level, the inserting, pumping, removing, and adding steps are repeated with another container of coating material. If the coating material level is at the desired level, a layer of water may be formed over coating material in the tank.
Boom screed chemical sprayer system for paving
A boom screed machine including a chemical spray system. The boom screed machine includes a platform assembly, a boom, a vertical column, a plow head crossbar, a plow head, a tank, a pump, platform assembly tubing, a pressure regulating valve, a chemical spray fluid hose, a reel system, plow head crossbar tubing, a solenoid valve, and a spray head. The pump is configured to receive the chemical spray fluid and pump the chemical spray fluid through the platform assembly tubing, the chemical spray fluid hose, the plow head crossbar tubing, and the spray head when the solenoid valve is open and the pump is activated.

PROCESS FOR COLD-IN-PLACE RECYCLING USING FOAMED ASPHALT AND LUBRICATION ADDITIVE
Cold-in-place asphalt recycling is disclosed. A foamed asphalt may be produced by injecting water and optionally compressed air into a hot asphalt stream. A lubricating surfactant may be added to the hot asphalt stream to improve performance. The foamed asphalt may be mixed with reclaimed material to provide a uniformly coated paving material that can compacted to a desired density.
