HIGH SPEED STEREOSCOPIC PAVEMENT SURFACE SCANNING SYSTEM AND METHOD
There is disclosed a mobile pavement surface scanning system and method, In an embodiment, the system comprises one or more stereoscopic image capturing devices synchronised with one or more light sources mounted on the platform for illuminating a pavement surface, mounted on a mobile survey platform that provides a trigger mechanism to capture sequential image pairs of the illuminated pavement surface and a movement sensor that continuously measures the movement of the platform and a synchronization signal for time or distance synchronized image capture with accurate GPS positioning. One or more computers process the synchronized images captured stamps the images with one or more of time and distance data, GPS location and calculated 3D elevation for each point on the pavement surface using stereoscopic principles, and assesses the quality of the pavement surface to determine the level of pavement surface deterioration.

PLOW ASSEMBLY WITH VALVE SYSTEM FOR WINGS
A plow system includes a mounting structure configured to mount at a vehicle, with a center plow pivotally attached at the mounting structure. The center plow is pivoted in a first direction responsive to actuation of a first actuator and is pivoted in a second direction responsive to actuation of a second actuator. A first plow wing is pivotally mounted at a first end of the center plow and a second plow wing is pivotally mounted at a second end of the center plow. Responsive to pivoting of the center plow to a first fully pivoted orientation toward a first side of the vehicle, the first and second plow wings both pivot to a forward orientation. Responsive to pivoting of the center plow to a second fully pivoted orientation toward a second side of the vehicle, the first and second plow wings both pivot to a rearward orientation.

RELEASE AGENT SPRAY SYSTEM FOR TEMPORARY TAPE REMOVAL MACHINE
A release agent spray system for a vehicle that is used for removing temporary tape from pavement surfaces. The release agent spray system includes a reservoir containing a release agent, a pump for pumping release agent from the reservoir, and a handheld sprayer connected to the reservoir by a fluid conduit or tube and connected electrically to the pump. The handheld sprayer includes an activation switch for activating the pump to deliver release agent from the reservoir to the handheld sprayer.
Organic Composition for Treating Roads
A composition for treating roads includes a substrate having a coarse texture and being formed from fibers of wood, wood pulp, bamboo, sugar cane, or a combination thereof. The fibers each have a length less than about 25 mm (about 1 inch). The composition further includes an organic solution generated as a waste stream byproduct of a food-processing operation or the distillation of an alcohol. The substrate is at least partially saturated with the organic solution and has a freezing point in the range of −25° Celsius (−13° Fahrenheit) to −35° Celsius (−30° Fahrenheit). The composition may further include a salt or brine solution including two-to-five parts-by-volume of the at least partially saturated substrate, respectively, to eight-to-five parts-by-volume of the salt or brine solution, respectively, thereby resulting respectively in a 20% to 50% modified brine solution.
