System and method for generating a paving material map
A method includes determining a first temperature of paving material, determining a first location of a paving machine corresponding to the first temperature, determining a second temperature of the paving material, and determining a second location of the paving machine corresponding to the second temperature. The method also includes generating a paving material map based at least partly on the first and second temperatures, and the first and second locations. The method further includes causing at least part of the paving material map to be displayed. The displayed at least part of the paving material map including visual indicia indicating the first temperature and the second temperature.
Lifting and leveling insert for a precast concrete slab
An insert for lifting and leveling a precast concrete slab is provided. The insert includes a sleeve that extends through the concrete slab and has two distinct threaded portions on an inner surface of the sleeve. This configuration allows a lifting bolt to be positioned into an upper end of the sleeve to lift the concrete slab, and a different-sized leveling bolt to be positioned in the sleeve to selectively elevate or raise part of the concrete slab relative to a ground surface.

Spray gun
An injection port for a spray gun includes a first end and a second end disposed opposite the first end along a longitudinal axis. The injection port also includes an interior passage extending between the first end and the second end along the longitudinal axis, and a plurality of blind bores disposed at the first end, each blind bore extending perpendicular to the longitudinal axis.

PRECAST CONCRETE PANEL PATCH SYSTEM FOR REPAIR OF CONTINUOUSLY REINFORCED CONCRETE
A CRCP repair system is provided. The repair system may comprise a precast pavement panel having one or more openings positioned in the bottom, side portions thereof, as well as reinforcing members embedded within the panel. The panel may also include a reinforcing fastening member extending into each of the openings. The repair system may further include a prepared side edge of the CRCP having reinforcing anchoring members epoxy cemented therein and extending therefrom, with the anchoring members configured to extend into the openings of the panel with the panel positioned in the void created by the removed CRCP. The anchoring members may be configured in a pair, with each pair positioned to extend into the opening, with the fastening member extending into the opening between the pair of anchoring members. Each of the fastening members and the anchoring members may have a head on a distal end thereof, with the heads configured to create opposing and overlapping forces within the opening when cementitious adhesive (such as grout) is inserted within the opening and cured.
SLAB LIFTING AND LEVELING SYSTEM AND METHOD
Systems and methods for raising a slab, such as a concrete slab, that has sunken and needs to be raised. In one injection, dried sand is carried in a stream of pressurized air and injected underneath the slab. The pressurized air raises the slab, and the dried sand is dispersed over a broad area and great distance underneath the slab to fill voids underneath the slab. Water is then injected underneath the slab for a predetermined period of time to wet the injected dried sand which stabilizes the injected sand and seals the injected sand to minimize or prevent air from passing through the injected sand. After the water injection, additional dried sand and pressurized air is injected underneath the slab to continue the slab lifting and filling of the void(s) underneath the slab.

METHOD FOR CORRECTING CONCRETE PLATE TILTING ON SUBSIDED GROUND
An object of the present invention is to provide a method for correcting the tilt of adjacent concrete slabs on subsided ground and connected at a joint part by tie bars or dowel bars caused by the subsidence of the joint part. The method of the present invention as a means for resolution comprises a step of pushing up a tilted concrete slab by: with respect to concrete slabs adjacent to each other across a subsided joint part, drilling an injection hole for injecting an expandable resin in one concrete slab at a point 10 to 200 cm away from the joint part and also in the other concrete slab at a point 10 to 200 cm away from the joint part, the point in the other concrete slab being on a line that is orthogonal to the joint part and has the point in the one concrete slab thereon; simultaneously starting an operation of intermittently injecting an expandable resin from both of the injection holes; and expanding the expandable resin below both of the concrete slabs.
