Structural assemblies for constructing bridges and other structures
Structural assemblies for constructing bridges and other structures. A structural assembly may comprise an elongated member defining an internal space. The structural assembly may also comprise a plurality of framing members connected to the elongated member at a plurality of pin connection nodes, each pin connection node comprising a pin interconnecting the elongated member, a first one of the framing members, and a second one of the framing members, the pin having a first longitudinal end and a second longitudinal end, at least one of the first longitudinal end and the second longitudinal end of the pin being located in the internal space of the elongated member.
Modular bridge system
A portable modular bridge system that is configured to be easily assembled, disassembled and transported so as to facilitate the transportation of the bridge system to a remote location for installation. The bridge system of the present invention includes a deck member having a first end and a second end. The deck member is operably coupled to a two support members wherein the support members are located at opposing ends of the deck member. The support members a are formed from a plurality of structural members to create an elongated polygon shape having a central opening configured to have a human pass therethrough. A pair of side rails are structurally coupled to the bottom portion of the two support members. A top frame member is superposed the top portion of the two support members and is operably coupled thereto. A lateral stability component is further included.

System and Method for Transporting Heavy, Oversized Loads over Levee
A system and method transports a load across an expanse between first and second locations. The first and second locations can be on land and/or water and having a base surface of ground, waterbed, and/or vessel between them. The system includes supports, ramps, and a bridge assembly. The supports mounting on the base surface and are disposed on first and second sides of the expanse. The ramps mount on adjacent ones of the supports and/or on at least one the supports and the base surface. The bridge assembly has one or more longitudinal girders configured to extend parallel to one another across the expanse. Each girder has beams being modular and being hingedly connected end-to-end. Each girder has a first end supported on a first support, has a second end supported on a second support, and has an entire length between the ends that is self-supported. The entire self-supported length supports and transfers weight of the load to the ends supported on the supports. In this way, weight from the load is not transferred to a levee or the like in the expanse.
Portable and collapsible support structures and related methods
A reconfigurable portable load bearing structure which can be configured into an extended load bearing configuration or a collapsed configuration, comprising of a first, second and third plurality of rail segments that are each rotatably coupled together and a plurality of support segments or pads which are configured to selectively couple and latch into one of a plurality of positions on said first, second and third plurality of rail segments.

Bridge assembly and method
A bridge assembly includes a plurality of platform members which may be secured to support beams via individual platform chassis which are configured to allow tool-less attachment bolt heads thereto. A plurality of specially configured clamps are attached to the free ends of the bolts and the clamps are used to secure the platform members to the platform chassis. The platform chassis are each secured to the outer support beams via L-brackets that are mounted between the chassis and support beams. The support beams include flanged channels wherein the heads of a plurality of bolts may be attached without the need for tools. The platform members may be laid in either a parallel or perpendicular orientation with respect to the outer support beams with two different clamp styles being used depending on the orientation selected.
