Quad-chord truss and platform containing same
A foldable quad-chord truss which can be connected end-to-end with like trusses. Each pair of chords are rigidly attached, and connector members intermediate the ends are swivelly attached to the chord pairs to effect the folding into a compact shape for transport and storage. The connector members are adapted for attachment to connector members of beams which may extend perpendicular to a parallel pair of the trusses and attached thereto. The laid trusses and beams is overlaid with sheets of corrugated sheet metal which overlap each other along their adjacent edges. While standing on a sheet of laid sheet metal adjacent ends of an already laid pair of trusses, another truss can be held adjacent the edge of the sheet metal for attaching an end of the other truss along only one side so that it can then be swung outwardly into a position wherein the other end of the other truss can also be attached to rigidly connect the trusses end-to-end.

A track lies between the upper chords to allow movement of bolts along the track into position to attach for insertion into decking apertures for attachment of the decking. The kit also includes a sturdy and reliable and easy to use tie-up mechanism and railing along the platform perimeter which is quickly and easily attachable and reliable.
WORK VEHICLE INCLUDING SUSPENDED PLATFORM
A work vehicle (1) including a suspended platform includes a work cage (10) to carry an operator, an arm mechanism (60) having a distal end, the distal end movable to an intended position by at least one of a rotating mechanism (30), an extension mechanism (40), or a derricking mechanism (50) installed on a vehicle body (20). The suspended platform (100) includes a support post (70) located at the distal end of the arm mechanism (60), a suspension frame (80), from which the work cage (10) is suspended, mounted on an upper end of the support post (70) to allow the operator to perform an operation above the upper end of the support post (70), and a lift mechanism (90) that raises or lowers the work cage (10) suspended from the suspension frame (80) with a plurality of lanyards (91) to a work position.
IMAGE PROCESSING METHOD AND SYSTEM, STORAGE MEDIUM AND MOVING SYSTEM
An image processing method and system, a storage medium and a moving system are provided, and the image processing method includes: obtaining a 2D depth array D.sub.p having depth information of a target object; calculating to obtain a depth vector D=[d.sub.1, d.sub.2, d.sub.3, . . . , d.sub.l, . . . , d.sub.n], in which an element d.sub.i is an average value of elements of the i.sup.th row in the 2D depth array; calculating to obtain an edge determination vector D=[d.sub.1, d.sub.2, d.sub.3, . . . , d.sub.i, . . . , d.sub.n1], in which an element d.sub.i=|d.sub.id.sub.i+1|; calculating an average value d.sub.0=(|d.sub.2d.sub.1|+|d.sub.3d.sub.2|+ . . . +|d.sub.n1d.sub.n2|)/(n2); and comparing an absolute value |d.sub.id.sub.i+1| with d.sub.0 to identify an edge of the target object, in which in a situation where |d.sub.id.sub.i+1| is greater than d.sub.0, it is determined that the elements of the i.sup.th row in the 2D depth array D.sub.p correspond to the edge of the target object.
IMAGING PLAN GENERATION DEVICE, IMAGING PLAN GENERATION METHOD, AND PROGRAM
Disclosed are an imaging plan generation device, an imaging plan generation method, and a program that generate an imaging plan for efficiently imaging captured images for use in inspection of a bridge without omission. An imaging plan generation device (400) includes a space information acquisition unit (401) that acquires space information of a panel, a first decision unit (403) that decides a plurality of deck slab imaging positions and postures of a camera based on the space information of the panel, a second decision unit (405) that decides, based on the space information of the panel, a plurality of steel member imaging positions and postures of the camera in imaging a plurality of joint portions of steel members with the camera, and an imaging plan generation unit (407) that generates an imaging plan of a camera-equipped mobile robot based on the plurality of deck slab imaging positions and postures decided by the first decision unit and the plurality of steel member imaging positions and postures decided by the second decision unit.
Structural Maintenance System
A pier maintenance system and a structural maintenance system are provided. The pier maintenance system is configured to maintain elongate members of the pier (e.g. piles). The pier maintenance system includes a delivery module, configured to navigate between the elongate members; and a maintenance module, coupled to the delivery module, and configured to navigate along the elongate members, to maintain the pier.
Mobile platform carrying system
