Snow stake driver and associated method for using the same
A snow stake driver that allows for fast, safe, and convenient placement of snow stakes at controlled and/or predetermined depths in soil with aggregate and/or rocks, including: a body, wherein the body is elongated and includes a first end and a second end; a handle member, wherein the handle member is positioned proximate to the first end of the body; a depth setting plate, wherein the depth setting plate is positioned proximate to the second end of the body; and a ground-engaging drive rod.
VEHICLE-MOUNTABLE CARGO CARRIER FOR PORTABLE RUMBLE STRIPS
A cargo carrier for portable nimble strips that is mountable to a vehicle has a support surface that is configured to support multiple portable rumble strips. The support surface also is configured to move between a deployment position having a first width and a transit position having a second width that is less than the first width. The cargo carrier includes a frame that defines the support surface. In the illustrated embodiment, the support surface is divided along a major width dimension into at least three planar segments that are movable relative to one another to alter the overall width of the support surface, including a center portion and lateral portions extending from opposing sides of the center portion. The lateral portions are pivotably movable between extended positions aligned with the center portion in a horizontal orientation and retracted positions inclined relative to the center portion.

Traffic flow barrier with corresponding production mold and hand cart
A barrier system is used to direct and block a travel path of pedestrians and vehicles. The barriers may be shaped substantially as a truncated pyramid with a base surface and planar sides extending from the edges of the base surface to a top portion, where the cross-sectional area of the base surface is larger than the cross-sectional area of the top portion. The angles of inclination between the planar sides and the interior of the base surface are acute angles. The bollard can be cast from heavy dense materials. The bollard includes at least two overhanging lips on the planar sides of the barrier between the base surface and the top portion. The configurations of the bollards provide improved placement, such as with cranes, hand carts, and other devices. Molds to cast the barriers and hand carts to move the barriers are also disclosed.
DEPLOYABLE AND RETRIEVABLE SECTION DIVIDERS
An apparatus for deployment and retrieval of section dividers includes a frame, a deployment rail, a first section divider carrier rail, and a second section divider carrier rail. The structure includes a first end of the first section divider carrier rail coupled to a first end of the deployment rail and a first end of the second section divider carrier rail coupled to a second of the deployment rail. A first actuator coupled to the first end of the first section divider carrier rail. A second actuator coupled to the second end of the first section divider carrier rail. The structure further includes a first deployment and retrieval system coupled to the first section divider carrier rail, wherein the first deployment and retrieval system guides a first retrieval body at a first end of a first section divider from the deployment rail to the first section divider carrier rail.
ROADWAY WORK AREA SAFETY TRUCK
A system for generating collision data captured by safety monitoring equipment on-hoard a safety truck may include a processor that receives an indication of a speed of a vehicle approaching the safety truck and that overlays a textual indication of the speed of the vehicle onto frames of video captured of the vehicle. If the processor receives an indication that the vehicle has collided with the safety truck, a timestamp is associated with the video and a predetermined portion preceding the timestamp and after the timestamp is not overwritten.

Truck safety modules for assisting workpersons to place and retrieve traffic delineators
Right and left safety module embodiments are designed to be installed in insets located midway along right and left sides of flatbed trucks. The modules provide man baskets that have lower and upper platforms. While the truck is being driven alongside a roadway work zone, a workperson standing on the module's lower platform either 1) moves traffic delineators one at a time from the upper platform, and then places the delineators at spaced locations alongside the roadway work zone, or 2) removes traffic delineators one at a time from spaced locations alongside the roadway work zone, and then places the delineators onto the upper platform. Vertically movable safety rails and pivotal safety gates of the modules prevent falls from the modules of workpersons standing on the lower platform.

Chassis Assembly for installation in a Bed of a Pickup Truck
An easily attachable and removable self-contained slide in storage, safety and warning light chassis assembly for use by the traffic control industry and others is described. The chassis assembly includes a bed portion that is built to slide into a pickup truck bed. Associated removable jacks can be used to raise and support the chassis while a truck is backed up under it, or where the jacks include castors, the assembly is rolled into the truck. Additionally, a safety platform portion is included on the rear portion of the chassis assembly, so that when installed it is disposed behind the bed of the truck for use in the placement and pickup of traffic control devises. The chassis assembly can be mounted securely to the factory hitch of truck as well as additional locations in the bed.
