WHEEL STOP BRACKET AND SYSTEM FOR WHEELED MACHINERY
A bracket for a wheel stop barrier for wheeled equipment or machinery. The bracket comprises a base releasably securable to a floor or a surface over which the wheeled equipment or machinery is operated, and a barrier retainer to releasably secure a longitudinal barrier rail to the base. The bracket limits movement of the longitudinal barrier rail, across the floor or the surface when the base is releasably secured to the floor or surface and when the longitudinal barrier rail is contacted by a wheel of the wheeled equipment or machinery. Also disclosed is a wheel stop barrier for wheeled equipment or machinery, where the wheel stop barrier comprises two or more brackets and one or more longitudinal barrier rails.
Retractable Stanchion Barrier With Flexible RGB Display Matrix
A retractable stanchion barrier system with a flexible RGB display matrix utilizes one or more stanchion units, each stanchion unit comprising a stanchion head, a weighted base, a stanchion post, and a flexible LED stanchion ribbon display which extends from each stanchion head. A computer system governs the operation of the flexible RGB display. The flexible LED stanchion ribbon display may extend from one stanchion head and connect to another stanchion head. The stanchion heads may mount to walls, doors or stanchion posts. Such a system may be configured to be ultra-portable or implemented as a fixture. A method for crowd control and line management using a stanchion display system utilizing one or more stanchion units is also recited.
Motorized Retractable Ribbon Barrier
An apparatus includes a housing, a rotatable spool disposed within the housing, a belt at least partially wound onto the spool, a motorized retraction mechanism disposed within the housing, coupled to the spool, and configured cause rotation of the spool in a first direction for winding the belt onto the spool, and a tensioning mechanism disposed within the housing, coupled to the spool, and configured to prevent over-rotation of the spool in a second direction opposite the first direction while the belt is being dispensed from the spool.
Post-mounted Retractable Ribbon Barrier
A stanchion array includes stanchions having heads that store retractable belts. Some heads feature friction pads to resist circumferential movement during use. Others feature a bearing to reduce energy lost during the retraction process. In some cases, a stanchion has two sleeves that couple together. Such a stanchion accommodates two heads and thus permits deployment of two strap layers.
VISIBLE STANCHION WITH LED LIGHTING
A stanchion includes a circular base, a transparent tube coupled to the circular base, a first circuit board with a plurality of controllable light emitting diodes (LEDs) mounted thereon, and a second circuit board including electronics for controlling the LEDs. The LEDs provide a plurality of colors that can be controlled via a remote control device or acoustically.

Modular Post
A modular post for use in a barrier system comprises a post component and a base. The post component is configured to be attached or attachable on, to or in the base in a deployed configuration. The post component is configured to be housed within the base when the modular post is in a stored configuration. A method of using a modular post suitable for use in a barrier system is also provided. The method comprises providing a post component and a base. The post component is configured to be attached or attachable on, to or in the base in a deployed configuration. The post component is receivable or configured to be housed within the base when the modular post is in a stored configuration.
DEVICE AND METHOD OF USING LIGHT PROJECTIONS FOR CROWD CONTROL AND SPACING
A device and method to provide individuals or groups in a queue with guidance, via high resolution light, regarding positioning and advancement without the need of the individuals, groups or employees to touch anything or without the need to have any labor installing tape or signs.
IMPACT RESISTANT RETRACTABLE SAFETY BARRIERS
Impact resistant retractable safety barriers are disclosed. An apparatus includes a support member, a flexible elongate member to extend and retract through an opening in the support member, and a stop member including a region to interface with the flexible elongate member. The stop member engages with structure of the support member surrounding the opening to limit a distance with which the flexible elongate member extends through the opening. The stop member cooperates with the structure of the support member to maintain a gap between a surface of the region of the stop member and the structure of the support member. A width of the gap is equal to or greater than a thickness of the flexible elongate member.
Highway divider cable tensioning apparatus
A tensioning apparatus for pulling together respective ends of a previously severed high-tension cable and, thus, repairing and restoring tension upon a unified cable includes a base member defining a pair of guide channels spaced apart along a common longitudinal axis. The tensioning apparatus includes a pair of tensioning arms positioned in the pair of guide channels, respectively, that is slidably movable between a relaxed configuration displaced from one another and a tensioned configuration proximate one another. Each tensioning arm includes a gripper member configured to clamp onto the respective ends of the severed cable. Hydraulic or pneumatic power is operatively coupled to the pair of tensioning arms for selectively actuating movement of the pair of tensioning arms along the guide channels between the relaxed and tensioned configurations. In other words, the ends of the severed cable are pulled tightly toward one another and joined together under tension.
