ROADWAY SWEEPER WITH MULTIPLE SWEEPING MODES
A roadway or pavement sweeper with multiple sweeping modes for the removal of debris from a swept surface may, in some embodiments, include a sweeper vehicle having a pair of side-brooms independently movable between a retracted and extended position for sweeping debris into an area therebetween and at least one material-transfer broom to sweep a portion of the debris accumulated between the side-brooms as the vehicle moves in its direction of travel. A fan-driven suction-inlet may be provided at or adjacent each side of the vehicle. The at least one material-transfer broom may rotate in a first or other direction to transfer debris for entrainment into a selected suction-inlet for transfer to a debris hopper. Other embodiments are also described.
Backpack type blowing apparatus
A backpack type blowing apparatus includes an intake pipe that connects an air cleaner fixed to a fan case of an air blower to a carburetor that supplies an evaporated fuel to an engine body, and a top cover fixed to the fan case to cover at least the intake pipe by interposing the intake pipe between the top cover and the fan case. The top cover has a plurality of cover fixing portions fixed to the fan case. An outer circumferential-side fixed portion positioned on an outer circumferential side of the intake pipe in the fan case is included in the plurality of cover fixing portions.
MATERIAL COLLECTION SYSTEM
A material collection system is provided. The system can include a vacuum generator having a fan to develop an airflow and draw material into a conduit. The system can also include a transmission, a power source to selectively power at least one of the vacuum generator and the transmission, a variable power divider to divide a power output from the power source to the transmission and the vacuum generator, and a control system to control the variable power divider in a first mode and a second mode.
BLOW-SUCTION DEVICE
The present invention relates to a blowing-suction device. The blowing-suction device includes: a housing, having a first opening connected to the outside; an air tube, connected to the housing; an air flow generation apparatus that operably generates an air flow, where when the blowing-suction device is in the blowing mode, the air flow is blown out from the air tube, or when the blowing-suction device is in the suction mode, the air flow is sucked from the air tube; and a collection apparatus, configured to collect an object sucked by the blowing-suction device in the suction mode, where the collection apparatus is connected to the first opening both in the blowing mode and in the suction mode, and the collection apparatus further includes an air admission portion, and in the blowing mode, the air admission portion is open; or in the suction mode, the air admission portion is closed.
Sweeper and frame for UTV
An improved sweeper and frame for a utility task vehicle includes a mounting frame which is attachable/detachable to the rear portion of the vehicle allowing detachment/attachment of the box portion of the vehicle as needed. The utility task vehicle mounting frame may be coupled with a lifting system to allow hydraulic aided dumping of the debris collection box of the sweeper system.
Animal waste vacuum disposal and bagging device
A solid pet waste vacuum and bagging device is described. The device is equipped with a canister, collection chute, vacuum motor, and a bag cartridge. The device eliminates the need for an individual to come into any contact with pet waste, including the temperature and the smell conventionally known to emanate from pet waste. The device employs the vacuum motor to collect pet waste within the bag via the collection chute. The collection chute is lined with a plastic bag, which is sealed and released from the collection chute within the canister upon activation of a dispose button by the user. The device is powered by rechargeable batteries, and may be equipped with a charging cradle to maintain a fully charged battery.
VACUUM DEBRIS COLLECTION APPARATUS
A debris collection system utilizing a vacuum to collect debris in a container. The system includes a bottom-mounted motor and an airflow pathway containing the vacuum generated by the motor for collecting the debris. A portion of the airflow pathway passes through a top into the container for depositing the debris and another portion of the airflow pathway after depositing the debris then passes to the exterior of the container to the motor.
CLEANING MACHINE WITH IMPROVED CURB FOLLOW SYSTEM
The invention is in the field of a mobile installation for street cleaning, also referred to as a cleaning machine for a road or pavement or gutter, for removing undesirable matter from roads or like surfaces, with or without moistening of the surface. These machines are used to remove objects, such as small items, such as leaves, and debris, and dirt from a road or the like, using a broom system for cleaning the road or the like, and typically a storage for removed objects and dirt.
A ROAD CLEANING MACHINE COMPRISING A CENTRIFUGAL FAN ASSEMBLY
Disclosed is a road cleaning machine including a centrifugal fan assembly that includes a fan casing including a casing inlet and a casing outlet and an impeller mounted in the fan casing and rotatable about an axis of rotation for drawing fluid from the casing inlet and directing the fluid to the casing outlet, the impeller includes a splitter wall extending outwardly from the axis of rotation to define first and second blade chambers extending from first and second faces of the splitter wall respectively, the splitter wall including a splitter wall aperture, a plurality of blades being mounted in the first and second blade chambers the impeller being configured to, during rotation about the axis of rotation, direct fluid from the casing inlet through the first and second blade chambers to the fan casing outlet, the fluid being directed into the second blade chamber via the splitter wall aperture.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR EFFICIENT ENGINE OPERATION
A material collection system is provided. The system can include a vehicle, a conduit, a vacuum generator mounted to the vehicle to develop an airflow and to draw material into the conduit, and a moveable boom mounted to the vehicle to support the conduit. The system can include a control system to control a speed of the vacuum generator.
