A device for ice and snow utilization comprises a mobile platform with adjustably-expandable melting section. The melting section comprises a clean-melting enclosure and a dirt-melting gap. The clean-melting enclosure comprises a plurality of telescopically-movable sections. The dirt-melting gap is positioned below the clean-melting enclosure and is separated from the clean-melting enclosure by the floor. The melting section comprises a plurality of melting nozzles, configured to release a pressurized stream of melting liquid. Some of the melting nozzles are positioned in clean-melting enclosure and some are positioned below the floor, in the dirt-melting gap. At least some of the melting nozzles are movably and adjustably positioned by being connected to at least one of telescopically movable sections. The device further comprises a plurality of pipelines, valves, pumps, at least one heating element, a vacuum collector tank, and melting-liquid unloading tanks, configured for sequential unloading.
Apparatus for removing snow through liquefaction
The present invention relates to an apparatus for removing snow through liquefaction, and the objective of the present invention is to provide an apparatus for removing snow through liquefaction that can melt snow suctioned by a snow suction means into water, thereby enhancing energy efficiency. The apparatus comprises: a snow suction means that includes a stirring part that forcibly crushes and stirs external snow and a suction part that forcibly suctions the snow that is stirred in the stirring part; a water spray means that sprays water into the suction part to melt the snow suctioned by the snow suction means; a storage part that stores the water into which the snow is melted by the water spray means; and a heating means that is located below the storage part and applies heat to the water stored in the storage part, wherein the heated water in the storage part is pumped and supplied to the water spray means.
Snow melting and removal vehicle
A snow melting and removal vehicle includes a vehicle body that is drivable. A primary chamber is situated inside the vehicle and defines an open area. A collection assembly includes an auger configured to collect the snow from the ground surface and deposit the snow into the primary chamber. A heating assembly surrounds the primary chamber for imparting heat to the primary chamber when energized so as to melt the snow therein. The primary chamber and the vehicle body define outlet openings for releasing the melted snow away from the primary chamber and vehicle body. A filter assembly intermediate the collection assembly and primary chamber includes a filter grate rotatably coupled to the primary chamber and configured to rotate to block debris from entering the primary chamber. A collection chamber is downwardly adjacent the grate and is configured to collect solid debris blocked by the filter grate.
Snow removal apparatus having improved dissolution efficiency
A snow removal apparatus having improved dissolution efficiency in which dissolution efficiency is improved by rapidly processing dry snow and wet snow using a suction unit and plurality dissolution units. The snow removal apparatus having improved dissolution efficiency includes a snow suction unit provided with a stirring portion configured to forcibly crush and stir external snow and a suction portion configured to forcibly suction the snow stirred by the stirring portion, a storage tank, a hopper, a first dissolution unit, a second dissolution unit, and a third dissolution unit.
Snow and Ice Melting Device, System and Corresponding Methods
Disclosed herein is a device that is configured to melt at least one of snow and ice, comprising a coil formed from an elongated member having a first end and a second end, the elongated member having a surface comprising at least one of grooves, notches and pores configured to facilitate movement of liquid by capillary action. Corresponding methods and systems also are disclosed.
Snow Melter Machine
A snow and ice melting device having an insulated chamber a heater located inside the insulated chamber a reservoir located at the distal end of the insulated chamber a pump operationally connected to the reservoir a snow port located at the proximal end of the insulated chamber the snow port comprising a body and a portal between the body and the insulated chamber and a power supply connected to the heater and the pump.
Snow vaporization assembly
A snow vaporization assembly includes a vehicle that has a cab and a box. The cab has a front side and the box has a top side. A collection unit is attached to the vehicle and the collection unit collects snow while the vehicle is driven. A vaporizing unit is positioned within the box and the vaporizing unit is in fluid communication with the collection unit. The vaporizing unit converts the snow collected by the collection unit into steam. The vaporizing unit expels the steam from the vehicle.
