ATTACHABLE LOADING RAMP FOR MODULAR FLOATING VESSEL PLATFORMS
A loading ramp includes a contoured component with upwardly sloping surfaces and an opening for receiving the hull of a watercraft. The contoured component has a centrally located lower surface relative to the sides and front of the contoured unit. The loading ramp incorporates a way for the loading ramp to attach to a modular floating vessel platform.
WEIGHT DISTRIBUTION AND STIFFENING SYSTEM FOR MODULAR FLOATING PLATFORMS
A weight distribution and stiffening system is provided for modular floating platforms by creating internal channels that allow for the incorporation of stiffening members within the modular floating platform assembly. Float modules with horizontal recessed areas that are aligned with adjacent float modules to create open channels within the body of a modular floating platform.
Flex slide system
A floating object securement system configured to provide limited movement between a floating dock and a support structure while not squeaking or making other obnoxious noises is disclosed. The floating object securement system may include a slidable base configured to slide along a track that confines the slidable base to only lateral movement generally aligned with a longitudinal axis of the track. The floating object securement system may include a primary movement control member coupled to the slidable base and extending outwardly from the slidable base. The primary movement control member provides limited movement and rotation of the bracket relative to the slidable base about X, Y and Z axes while not squeaking or making other obnoxious noises.
Floating dock piling height extension assembly and method
A system and method for maintaining a connection between a floating dock and a fixed piling during a flood event. The system includes a piling sleeve that is adapted to telescopically and slidably fit over and around a fixed piling, wherein the piling is fixed into the ground below the surface of the water, and extends upwardly through an opening in a floating dock. The piling sleeve includes a catch mechanism attached to an upper portion of the piling sleeve. The catch mechanism is designed to “catch” or engage the floating dock when the dock rises with the water to a pre-determined level. The piling sleeve may freely slide upwardly and downwardly with respect to both the piling and floating dock, and when flood waters rise, the catch mechanism causes the sleeve to rise with the dock while maintaining an extended connection to the piling.

Mooring device for vessel using spring bellows structure
The present invention provides a ship mooring device using a spring bellows structure, wherein the ship mooring device temporarily or permanently fixes a state in which the ship is spaced at a preset distance from a vessel or a pier, the ship mooring device including: a main body configured of a plurality of frames in which opposite ends of each of the frames are hinge-coupled to facing ends of adjacent frames to form foldable hinge joints, wherein diagonally opposed non-adjacent hinge joints of the frames are fixed to the ship and the pier, respectively; and a plurality of wires which are installed inwards in diagonal lines with respect to the frames of the main body to connect the diagonally opposed non-adjacent hinge joints together, with an elastic member interposed in a center portion of the radially disposed wires to generate predetermined dynamic stability when the ship is moved.

GROUND MOUNTING ASSEMBLY
A ground mounting assembly includes one or a plurality of posts, each attached to at least one stabilizing plate or scoop pyramid. The post may be driven into the ground and then lifted to deploy plates into a locking mechanism, or driven into the ground by a pile driver with plate held in place, released, and driven further and deployed into a locking mechanism, or driven into the ground and double pounded inside the post to drive reinforcing plate into slotted winglets, or driven, double pounded and rotated to extend the reinforcing plates horizontally from the pole or pile. The post also can used as a mooring in harbors, lakes, or at sea. A system based on a double pounder pile driven mono pole, optionally extendable in length, is also described.

Height adjusting docking apparatus
Described is an apparatus for securing a boat to a dock or other marine structure that moves with the boat as the boat is raised and lowered by waves or the tide. The apparatus is secured to a dock or other marine structure and includes a track, preferably in a shape similar to that of an I beam, a carriage that moves along the track, and a bumper that is attached to a front portion of the carriage. The boat is secured to either a mooring line or mooring cleat on the carriage. As the boat is raised or lowered by waves or the tide, the carriage is also raised or lowered along the track accordingly. The bumper is secured to the outside of the carriage and prevents the boat from being damaged if the boat collides with the bumper.
