Floating garbage cleaning device for floating garbage on water surface
A floating garbage cleaning device for floating garbage on water comprises a plurality of single-section flexible floating bodies which are sequentially connected to form an ultra-long flexible floating body main body; every two adjacent single-section flexible floating bodies are connected through a butt joint device; two ends of longitudinal flexible rods; flexible transverse nets and flexible longitudinal nets are arranged between the longitudinal flexible rods in a spaced and covering manner; stabilizing buoys are fixed with the ultra-long flexible floating body main body; intercepting net aprons are arranged at the bottom of the ultra-long flexible floating body main body; counterweights are arranged at the bottoms of the interception net aprons; garbage collection nets are arranged between two adjacent single-section flexible floating bodies; and the ultra-long flexible floating body main body is provided with a mooring system.
Oil spill clean-up and recovery systems for marine vessels
An oil spill clean-up and recovery system for marine vessels, which includes a pivoting and height adjustable boom extending from the vessels, which has upper and lower frameworks that are generally parallel. This includes an oil containment panel which is vertically oriented, movable, and generally laterally secured between the frameworks. A plurality of floats are secured to the oil containment panel and maintain it about the surface of a body of water for containing oil or other undesirable liquids or debris. A plurality of floating oil evacuation tubes are height adjustable and attached to separate floats, each tube having an inlet for receiving oil around the water line. The floating oil evacuation tubes are laterally positioned in proximity of one-another, and in front of the oil containment panel. The oil containment panel collects, contains, and deflects oil to the floating evacuation tubes, which then receive and delivery oil to the tanker.
FLOATING-OIL RECOVERY DEVICE
A floating-oil recovery device includes: a bubble-curtain generation mechanism configured to discharge air into water to generate a bubble curtain in the water so as to increase a thickness of a film of floating oil while regulating spread of the floating oil; and an ejector configured to recover an oil-water mixed fluid having the floating oil and the water mixed with each other by jetting high-velocity water toward the film of floating oil enclosed with the bubble curtain to destroy the film of floating oil.

Water surface debris collector
A float assembly that can generate its inflowing water current for collecting water surface debris in a water body. Float assembly can be mounted to a fixed structure at the water body and includes a basket supported by a pair of floats buoyant in water. The basket includes a pump housed in a perforated housing, wherein the pump can be operated to suck water through the inlet also carrying the debris into the basket. The debris of a suitable size can be retained in the basket while the water is pumped out through an outlet. The basket can be switched from an operating state i.e., submerged in water to a stowed state outside the water upon the fixed structure.
Submersible sieve apparatus for minerals
A submersible sieve apparatus provided with an exoskeletal frame enveloping a filter element and a detached post-filter backing; positioned to strain a lotic stream of entrained sediment prior to or upon being deposited. The frame can positioned and manipulated for greater efficiency. The filter and backing will take the shape of the frame and the backing may or may not be attached.
Oil Spill Barrier
A barrier member for an oil spill barrier configured for retaining one or more weights when assembled or combined with a second barrier member to form a barrier unit. A first barrier member has a first side for facing away from the second barrier member and a second side opposite the first side for facing towards the second barrier member in the barrier unit, the second side includes a substantially planar area for abutment to the second barrier member. The second side has at least one recessed region for receiving the one or more weights, the recessed region being recessed from the second side in a direction towards the first side relative to a plane of the substantially planar area. The second side has first and second elongate half-channels disposed to opposing sides of the at least one recessed region.
Offshore oil spill collector during flaring operation
An apparatus for collecting spilled liquid hydrocarbons includes a support beam coupled to an oil rig, the support beam positioned below a flare boom, and a spill pan coupled to an end of the support beam, the spill pan positioned below a burner nozzle of the flare boom. A method includes coupling an oil spill collector to an offshore rig below a flare boom, the oil spill collector including a support beam coupled to the offshore rig and a collection device coupled to an end of the support beam, positioning the collection device below a burner nozzle of the flare boom such that the collection device is horizontally aligned with the burner nozzle, and collecting spilled liquid hydrocarbons in the collection device from the flare boom.
BUOYANT CONTAINMENT AND/OR FILTRATION
Embodiments disclosed here include a containment system and methods of containment which may include a segmented buoyant rim. Certain embodiments also include an inflatable rim with at least one inflation/deflation valve in the rim segments and ballast in the rim segments. Additionally, certain embodiments include material connected to the rim segments, to enclose a void created in the rim and to hang below the buoyant rim.
HIGH DENSITY FLUID RECOVERY OF SUNKEN MATERIAL
A method for recovering a sunken material from a body of water having a water layer and a sediment layer, the sunken material present at a water-sediment interface is presented, comprising using an impermeable hollow column and a high density fluid to float the sunken material to the top of the column for readily removal of the floated sunken material using surface material removing equipment.
