SOIL COMPACTOR AND METHOD FOR OPERATING A SOIL COMPACTOR
A soil compactor, comprising: at least two vibrating compacting rollers rotatable about a respective roller axis of rotation, a vibration excitation arrangement assigned to each vibrating compacting roller for generating a vibrating movement of the vibrating compacting rollers, a vibration detection arrangement assigned to each vibrating compacting roller for providing a vibration variable representing the vibrating movement of each vibrating compacting roller, a control unit for controlling at least one vibration excitation arrangement, based on the vibration variables provided with respect to the vibrating compacting rollers in such a way that the vibrating movements of the vibrating compacting rollers have a predefined phase offset to one another.
Self-propelled construction device, in particular a soil compactor
A self-propelled construction device, in particular a soil compactor, includes a turbocharged diesel engine with a first radiator arrangement for cooling charge air and a second radiator arrangement for cooling a cooling liquid and/or hydraulic oil, with a first radiator fan being allocated to the first radiator arrangement and a second radiator fan being allocated to the second radiator arrangement and the first radiator fan and the second radiator fan being able to be operated essentially independently from each other.

GUARD FOR COMPACTOR VEHICLE AND ASSOCIATED METHOD
A guard for a compactor vehicle that includes a base and a cap. The base comprises a body and a retention feature. The body defines an underside, configured to engage a wheel of the compactor vehicle, and an opposing cap-facing side. The cap comprises an outer surface and a retention feature. The outer surface defines a compaction surface. The retention features of the base and cap interlock with one another to secure the cap to the base. A cavity is defined in the underside of the base.
SOIL COMPACTOR
Soil compactor including a compaction drum rotatably supported by a compaction roller frame, wherein the compaction drum frame comprises two longitudinal members arranged in a direction longitudinal to the compactor on both sides of the compaction roller and supporting said compaction roller, and, connecting the two longitudinal members together, two cross members arranged in a direction perpendicular to the compactor and along both sides of the compaction roller, wherein the compaction roller frame is connected to a compactor main frame via one of the two cross members, and wherein at least one sight opening is provided within the other of the two cross members.
