A support assembly for supporting a building structure, the building structure having a support frame including at least one support beam, the support assembly comprising: a pile adapted to be buried into a ground surface, the pile having a longitudinal axis; a pile head adapted to be secured to a top end of a pile, the pile head including a mounting member engaging the pile and an extendable member movably mounted to the mounting member, the extendable member being movable relative to the mounting member, along the longitudinal axis, the extendable member including: a support platform adapted to receive the support beam of the mobile home's support frame thereon; and at least one holding member adapted to engage the support beam and prevent movement of the support beam relative to the support platform.

Laterally and vertically adjustable foundation structure
10822761 · 2020-11-03 · ·

A foundation structure is made up of a screw that is vertically adjustable into a pile to a desired height, a ball joint connected to the screw, and load bearing components that can be adjusted on the ball joint in 3-dimensional space with respect to the position of the pile. The load bearing components include at least two plates that, between them, define a hollow slot into which an anchor bolt can be held in place vertically while still having allowance for lateral motion. A load bearing plate at the top of the structure can be laterally translated based on movement of the anchor bolt. The load bearing plate is removably couplable to the floor of a building. The structure allows for vertical, lateral, and angular adjustment, providing tolerance for foundation misalignments due to inconsistencies inherent to topography and/or offset between an intended and an actual point of installation.

Foundation pier system and method of use

A foundation support system and method of installing the foundation support system. The foundation support system includes a pier system for providing support beneath a foundation, a support member, and a heave plate attachable to a bottom surface of the foundation. The method includes driving a pier system using a ram, coupling a support member to the heave plate, and engaging the support member with the pier system.

Supports for helical piles and anchors

The present disclosure provides a lateral support for a shaft of a helical pile, the lateral support including a tubular portion for receiving the shaft and a plurality of fins extending from the tubular portion.

ADJUSTABLE CAP FOR COLUMN FOUNDATION
20200308794 · 2020-10-01 ·

A head for a column-type foundation is adjustable with respect to its foundation. A top member has a support member for mating with and securing a leg of a structure and a central aperture for receiving an anchor rod of the column-type foundation. A sidewall casing extends downwardly from the top member and at least three positioning members engage the foundation. A seal is located on an inside of the sidewall casing near a bottom of the sidewall casing. The head is filled with a settable material when connected to the foundation.

Protective pole cap

An example embodiment of the present invention provides a pole cap for covering an end of a pole. The pole cap comprises a sheet that includes a central portion, a first strip, and a flap that has a slit. The central portion is configured to cover a base surface of an end of a pole. The first strip is configured to fold over an edge of the base surface and circumferentially wrap around a portion of a curved surface of the pole. The flap is configured to fold over the edge of the base surface.

Foundation for a Tower of a Wind-Turbine

Foundation for a tower of a wind turbine with at least three columns. The foundation includes a reinforced concrete pile corresponding to each of the tower columns. According to one embodiment the pile includes a bolt cage and a main reinforcement formed by a cylindrical framework made up of horizontal rings interconnected by vertical bars. The bolt cage is arranged inside the main reinforcement radially at a distance of less than 0.1 meters. Each of the piles resides in a hole formed in the ground. Concrete is not poured into the holes until the main reinforcements and bolt cages are placed therein and aligned with one another.
