The present invention relates to a hydraulic down-the-hole hammer. The hammer comprises an elongate shaft and a piston having a central bore therethrough, the piston slidably mounted for reciprocal movement on the shaft and arranged to impact a percussion bit. Forward and rear drive chambers for the piston are disposed between the piston and the shaft and the forward chamber is separated from the rear chamber by an annular shoulder formed internally of the piston bore. The hammer also comprises a control valve to control reciprocation of the piston, wherein the control valve is arranged within the central bore of the piston. The hammer may be a disposable water hammer in which the piston is an outermost component of the hammer.

The transmitting module detects accelerations generated by vibrations of the pumping plant during the pumping of the fluid. The accelerations indicate flow rate of the fluid. The transmitting module wirelessly sends a signal, which is processed based on the detected accelerations, to the receiving module. The receiving module receives the signal from the transmitting module and sends a signal indicating the flow rate of the pumped fluid based on the received signal.

A top part of the outer spiral tube and a top part of the inner spiral tube are hermetically connected. An inner space of the inner spiral tube forms a grouting cavity. A space between the outer spiral tube and the inner spiral tube forms a drainage and delivery cavity. A plurality of drainage and delivery holes are provided in a tube body of the outer spiral tube. A construction method for strengthening soft soil through the grouting and pile forming device includes the following steps: 1) operation preparation; 2) downward spiral penetration; 3) drainage consolidation; 4) chemical consolidation; 5) upward spiral lifting; and 6) repeated operation until all soil to be strengthened is treated.

The pile-bottom grouting cavity comprises: a grouting capsule, having an expansion state in which the grouting capsule is filled with grout to bear a pile body, and a contracted state in which the grouting capsule is hollow; a grouting pipe in communication with an inner cavity of the grouting capsule to grout the grouting capsule; and a fixing plate, with the grouting capsule being arranged on the fixing plate, and the fixing plate being provided with a through hole that is in communication with the bottom of an accommodation hole, such that slurry and/or sediment in the accommodation hole pass through the fixing plate. The aim thereof is to solve the problems in the prior art of hole wall collapse and excessive sediment that seriously affect the quality of construction in a grouting pile with a grouting capsule during the construction of a cast-in-place bored pile.
