PILE AND METHOD FOR INSTALLING A PILE
A pile (100) includes a first elongated hollow body (101) having a first end and a second end, the first end being closed by an end member (103) provided with an opening (104). The pile (100) includes a second elongated hollow body (102) having a first end and a second end, the second elongated hollow body (102) being arranged inside the first elongated hollow body (101) so that the first end of the second elongated hollow body (102) extends through the opening (104) and is attached to the end member (103). A method is for installing a pile (100) into the ground.
GROUND MOUNTING ASSEMBLY
A ground mounting assembly includes one or a plurality of posts, each attached to at least one stabilizing plate or scoop pyramid. The post may be driven into the ground and then lifted to deploy plates into a locking mechanism, or driven into the ground by a pile driver with plate held in place, released, and driven further and deployed into a locking mechanism, or driven into the ground and double pounded inside the post to drive reinforcing plate into slotted winglets, or driven, double pounded and rotated to extend the reinforcing plates horizontally from the pole or pile. The post also can used as a mooring in harbors, lakes, or at sea. A system based on a double pounder pile driven mono pole, optionally extendable in length, is also described.

PILE WITH GROUND ANCHORING MEMBERS
A pile ground anchoring member is disclosed which includes an elongate member having a longitudinal axis, and an anchoring portion connected to the elongate member. The anchoring portion has a plate and also an arcuate member that is radially spaced from the elongate member. The plate has an arcuate distal edge. The plate is connected to the elongate member at a non-perpendicular angle to the longitudinal axis. The arcuate member is located on the arcuate distal edge of the plate. The plate has a leading portion which includes a lower portion of the arcuate distal edge that extends beyond the arcuate member and engages the earth as the pile is screwed into the ground.

SECONDARY CONTAINMENT
This patent pertains to secondary containment systems. One implementation includes a support assembly that includes an elongate post member and a stabilization plate. In one instance, a stabilization plate is mounted on the elongate post member to reduce movement of the elongate post member when the stabilization plate is embedded in the ground. Another implementation includes a panel splice assembly including reinforcing members that secure overlapping, corrugated panels.

Steel cap for an electricity transmission tower
A steel cap for structurally connecting together a new foundation and an existing tower is disclosed. The new foundation includes at least one foundation element positioned in the ground. The existing tower includes an existing foundation and a tower structure extending from and supported by the existing foundation. The steel cap comprises (a) a first element for connecting the cap to the new foundation element or foundation elements and (b) a second element for connecting the cap to the existing tower and thereby, in use, connecting together the new foundation and the existing tower.
