LANDFILL LINER SYSTEM
A system and method are provided for a protective barrier liner system on near vertical to vertical slopes of a waste facility. The system includes anchors installed into the side walls of the waste facility, a drainage network including geo-composite drain strips, steel reinforcement, a sprayed water proof membrane, and a pneumatically applied final protective concrete cap layer. The anchors may include soil nails launched from a pneumatic launching device or anchors placed in drilled bores then reinforced with grout. The water proof membrane may be installed between an initial layer of concrete and the final layer of concrete to protect the membrane from damage by facility operations. The steel reinforcement may include wire mesh, whalers, bearing plates, shear studs secured to the bearing plates, and combinations thereof. The system can be constructed in progressive bands spliced together enabling construction of the complete system over a longer period of time.

Secondary containment
This patent pertains to secondary containment systems. One implementation includes a support assembly that includes an elongate post member and a stabilization plate. In one instance, a stabilization plate is mounted on the elongate post member to reduce movement of the elongate post member when the stabilization plate is embedded in the ground. Another implementation includes a panel splice assembly including reinforcing members that secure overlapping, corrugated panels.

Earth anchor and construction method therefor
The present invention relates to an earth anchor and a construction method therefor, and is for facilitating the installation of a wale member and a head block member by using a pedestal member mounted on the outer surface of a retaining wall which is supported by the earth anchor, enabling the construction process to be simplified, thereby shortening construction time and reducing the amount of steel needed and construction costs.

TIEBACK ASSEMBLY WITH REMOVABLE TENDON THREADED ELEMENT
In one aspect, a tieback assembly is provided herein for supporting a SOE, the tieback assembly including: at least one anchor; an anchor threaded element extending from an end of the anchor; at least one tendon threaded element; and, a coupler having a body with a threaded bore, the tendon threaded element and the anchor threaded element threadedly engaging the threaded bore. Furthermore, the tendon threaded element is provided with sufficient length to extend at least from the coupler to externally of the SOE so that a portion of the tendon threaded element may be engaged externally of the SOE to allow for disengagement of the tendon threaded element from the coupler. Advantageously, the subject invention allows for at least partial removal of a tendon from a tieback assembly, including removal of the tendon threaded element.

Ground anchor bracket with simulated slab support for concrete wall braces
A ground anchor bracket for supporting at least one wall brace at an earth anchor includes a sleeve that has a wall structure surrounding a hollow interior that is configured to receive a stem of the earth anchor. A platform is coupled with an upper portion of the sleeve and has an upper surface that is configured to support a shoe of a wall brace. A post is coupled with the platform and the post protrudes upward from the upper surface of the platform so as to be configured to engage a slot in the shoe of the wall brace. The upper surface of the platform may be substantially planar to simulate a slab floor surface for engaging the shoe of the wall brace.
