WINCH ANCHORING ASSEMBLY
A winch anchoring assembly includes rack has an anchor portion and an attachment portion. The attachment portion has a first engagement that is attachable to a winch line of a vehicle. A plurality of spikes is coupled to and extends downwardly from a respective one of the anchor portion and the attachment portion of the rack. Each of the spikes is oriented to angle forwardly toward the first engagement on the attachment portion. In this way the spikes sink into the ground when the winch line pulls on the first engagement thereby facilitating the rack to resist being pulled out of the ground when the winch line is pulling the vehicle. A second engagement is coupled to the anchor portion of the rack and an anchoring line can attached to the second engagement thereby inhibiting movement of the rack when the which line pulls on the rack.

Post hole digger
A post hole digger couples to the power take-off (PTO) shaft of a tractor and uses rotation from the PTO shaft to rotate an auger. A top support arm rotatably coupled to the top pin of the tractor's three point hitch supports the gearbox that translates rotation to the auger. A support frame extends upwardly from the right and left lift arms of the three point hitch and inwardly to support the top support arm from beneath. The support frame is shaped generally as an inverted “U,” with space created between the right and left lift arms to prevent interference with the rotating shaft that translates rotation from the PTO shaft to the gearbox. A shield coupled to the gearbox covers the moving parts of the joint between the rotating shaft and the gearbox and protects users during use of the auger.
Rock bolt
Rock bolt (1) comprising at least an elongated body (4), one end of which comprises at least a first external conical portion (16) extending through at least one hole (12) in at least a cylindrical expandable body (5), the hole (12) over a section of the bore hole in the axial direction comprises an internally conical part (15) intended to cooperate with the elongate member outer conical portion (16). Upon relative movement of the elongate body (4) and the expandable body (5) in one direction expands the expandable body in the radial direction. The relative axial movement between the elongated body (4) and the expandable body (5) is provided by at least one tensioning device (7). The rock bolt comprises at least one wedge device (2), which in use of the rock bolt, is connected to the expandable body (5) hole (12) and at least partially inserted between a first portion (17) and at least a second part (18). The rock bolt further comprises at least one connecting means (21).

GROUND REINFORCING DEVICE
The disclosure relates to a device for reinforcing a ground on which is disposed a loading structure. Threaded inclusions are disposed vertically within the ground and reinforce said ground. The core diameter of threaded inclusions is between 250 mm and 450 mm and the external diameter is between 350 mm and 600 mm. A load transmitting layer is interposed between the ground and the loading structure disposed thereon, so as to transmit and distribute the load from the loading structure to both the ground and the plurality of inclusions. A ratio between a distance between axes of two adjacent inclusions and the internal diameter of said adjacent inclusions is between 4 and 14, and the inclusions are made from a material having a specified 28-day compressive strength between 5 MPa and 35 MPa.
EROSION CONTROL APPARATUS
The present invention relates to an erosion control apparatus and methods of using and installing the apparatus. The apparatus is constructed to prevent erosion of soil during typical weather or tidal conditions and adverse weather events. The apparatus can include a plurality of anchored rolls and soil lifts operative to stabilize the shoreline.

Bolt plate magazine and centralizer
A rock bolting system rock bolting system comprising a frame supporting a movable bolter feed rail, a bolter feed slidable on the bolter feed rail, the bolter feed having a bolt driver for driving a rock bolt into a drilled hole in a rock face, a plate magazine for storing a plurality of bolt plates, and a plate holder for holding a plate to enable the plate to function as a centralizer to centralize the bolt.
