Cement Form With Brick Ledge
A cement form can be made of foam and include a brick ledge portion that forms a brick ledge in a cement foundation. In some embodiments, the cement form includes a ground facing surface extending horizontally and configured to contact a ground surface and a cement facing surface extending vertically and configured to contact and support a volume of cement used to create the cement foundation. The cement facing surface can include two vertical surfaces offset horizontally from each other and configured to form a brick ledge in the cement foundation. The cement form can be a single unitary component having an elongated shape and a solid, continuous construction. The foam material can form at least a portion of the cement facing surface.
Cement form with extension
A cement form assembly includes cement and a cement form. The cement form can include a ground facing surface extending horizontally on a ground support surface and a cement facing surface extending vertically and contacting the cement. An extension member extends outward from the cement form and includes a surface that extends the ground facing surface or the cement facing surface. The cement form and the extension member are each made, at least partially, of a foam material.
Composite subgrade formwork and method of use
The disclosure presents a formwork system which utilizes Fiber Reinforced Polymer (FRP) panels to create modular segments to form and reinforce concrete subgrade structures. The segments may be rearranged and bonded together to conform to intended dimensions of many subgrade structures. The segments are manufactured by cast molding, bonding or vacuum forming. The segments may include integrated FRP stanchions to prevent deflection of the panels during concrete placement. The stanchions also may be used for positioning structural steel or FRP rebar. FRP bars are permanently bonded to the interior sides of the panels inside the segments. In use, the assembled segments are filled with concrete. After the concrete is cured, the segments remain in place and function as external protection and reinforcement for the cured concrete.
CONCRETE FOUNDATION FORM
A prefabricated formwork is disclosed. The prefabricated formwork of the present disclosure comprises at least one bracket comprising a first slot and a second slot, at least one first wall configured to be inserted into the first slot of the at least one bracket, and at least one second wall configured to be inserted into the second slot of the at least one bracket. The prefabricated framework may further comprise at least one support having at least one groove configured to receive the at least one bracket.

Cement form with extension
A cement form includes a single piece, unitary body member having a solid, continuous construction and a wedge-shaped cross-section. The body member includes a first surface arranged vertically and configured to support a volume of cement, a second surface arranged horizontally and configured to contact a ground support surface, a foam material, an elongate construction with a greater length dimension in a horizontal direction than a height dimension in a vertical direction, and a notch formed at an intersection of the first and second surfaces, the notch being receptive of a portion of a foam sheet or other foam extension member.
CEMENT FORM WITH BREAKAWAY PORTION
A cement form includes a unitary body portion having a first surface arranged vertically and configured to support a volume of cement, a second surface arranged horizontally and configured to contact a ground support surface, a foam material, and a detachable portion. The cement form may include a connector groove formed in the weight bearing surface and extending along at least a portion of a length of the body portion. The connector groove is configured to receive a connecting member that extends between adjacent positioned cement forms. The detachable portion may be positioned adjacent to the connector groove.
Foundation form, drainage and ventilation system
A system for retaining a flowable and curable building material to form a portion of a foundation includes side walls disposed in a predetermined configuration having a first side wall and a second side wall, and at least one component having an interior cavity disposed in one of the side walls. A bracket assembly includes an outwardly bounding reinforcement post for each of the side walls, a separator bar having a plurality of apertures sized to receive and retain each of the reinforcement posts at locations corresponding to nominal widths of the at least one component. A barrier is disposed between the outwardly bounding posts. The barrier and the component in the side wall is retained in the foundation after the building material cures. The barrier prevents backfill from filling a volume between the outwardly bounding posts.
Cement form with breakaway portion
