The concave surface and the convex surface project in a direction that is substantially perpendicular to the bottom surface. The method further includes ceasing to pour the concrete when substantially an entirety of the convex surface and substantially an entirety of the concave surface of the at least one curved panel are in direct contact with the concrete.

The bottom surface is substantially planar and substantially parallel to the top surface.

A bracket assembly includes at least one inwardly bounding reinforcement post and at least one outwardly bounding reinforcement post, a separator bar having a plurality of apertures sized to receive and retain each of the reinforcement posts at locations corresponding to nominal widths of the at least one component. A barrier is disposed between the outwardly bounding and inwardly bounding posts. The component in the side wall is retained in the foundation after the building material cures. The barrier prevents backfill from filling a volume between the outwardly bounding and inwardly bounding posts.

The form parts are made of a lightweight material such as insulating foam material shaped as an elongated sectional unit with an overhang part overhanging a cavity part of an interior cavity. The interior cavity has an opening for receiving a concrete pour concurrent with a concrete pour of a floor. Open ends of the assembled sectional units abut each other in end-to-end alignment to form an elongated cavity inside the perimeter chain of form parts that is filled with concrete. The overhang part may have a foot shape that fits inside the interior cavity of another form part that may also have a foot shape for compact storage or transport prior to assembly.

A foundation formwork includes a metal frame having a rectangular frame shape, and a resin faceplate attached to the metal frame and closing an opening of the metal frame. The metal frame includes a top plate having fitting notches and L-shaped bridged bodies. The resin faceplate includes protruding bodies fitted with the fitting notches and L-shaped slits into which the bridged bodies are fittingly inserted. The protruding bodies fit with the fitting notches and the bridged bodies are fittingly inserted into the slits, thereby the resin faceplate is attached to the metal frame. The attached resin faceplate closes an opening of the metal frame. The fitting notches and the bridged bodies suppress an expansion and contraction of the resin faceplate in a left and right direction.
