PIER SUPPORT SYSTEM
The present invention relates to a pier support system that provides for efficient and effective stabilization and lifting of foundations and structures. The present invention relates to a one-piece or one-part pier support system that provides for efficient and effective stabilization and lifting of foundations and structures. The present invention relates to methods of using one-piece of one-part pier support systems that are efficient and effective in stabilizing and lifting foundations and structures.
MODULAR FOUNDATION SUPPORT SYSTEMS AND METHODS INCLUDING SHAFTS WITH INTERLOCKING TORQUE TRANSMITTING COUPLINGS
A modular foundation support system includes modular foundation support components including self-aligning and torque transmitting coupler features wherein a plurality of\elongated ribs are aligned with a plurality of elongated grooves to rotationally interlock the modular foundation support components to one another.

FOUNDATION PIER SYSTEM AND METHOD
A concentrically loaded foundation pier system which includes several concentrically stacked steel pipes filled with concrete. The entire pier is installed centrally beneath the footing of the structure. Shims are placed between the top-most pier element and a pier cap which prevents shifting when the soil expands and contracts. The final structure is end-loaded and pressed to the bedrock or other load-bearing strata. An alternative embodiment includes a temporary lifting assembly which can be fastened about the structural pier without need for bolts or other fasteners.
Foundation reinforcing apparatus using bracing-type supporting structure and lateral prestressing device and method of reinforcing foundation using the same
The present invention relates to a foundation reinforcing apparatus using a bracing-type supporting structure and a lateral prestressing device and a foundation reinforcing method using the same, wherein, in the foundation reinforcement used for remodeling construction that requires an extension of a building such as an apartment, the foundation reinforcing apparatus introduces lateral pre-stressing force into a bracing-type supporting structure to introduce a preloading load to a new pile of a new footing by using an upper supporting plate, which is connected to an existing vertical part and an existing slab, as a reaction bed and allows the new pile to share a load applied before and after the extension of the building so that reinforcement efficiency is increased, and thus construction is performed economically.

Foundation pier system and method of use
A foundation support system and method of installing the foundation support system. The foundation support system includes a pier system for providing support beneath a foundation, a support member, and a heave plate attachable to a bottom surface of the foundation. The method includes driving a pier system using a ram, coupling a support member to the heave plate, and engaging the support member with the pier system.

Modular foundation assembly
A modular foundation assembly for building a modular foundation for a home includes a tarp that has a plurality of openings each strategically positioned on the tarp to facilitate the ground to be marked for a foundation. A plurality of concrete forms is provided which each has a trapezoidal shape. In this way each of the concrete forms can be lifted upwardly from a concrete member formed by the concrete forms when the concrete member has cured. Each of the concrete forms has a crenellated edge to form a series of slots into the concrete member. In this way the series of slots in the concrete member facilitate the concrete member to be lifted with a forklift.
