Disclosed embodiments include power machines and related structures of lift arms, implement carriers, follower links, and driver links which improve manufacturability, reduce component failures, and improve power machine design and functionality. In some embodiments, lift arm structures include cast lower lift arm portions. The cast lower lift arm portions include contoured upper ends which are sleeved onto contoured lower ends of upper lift arm portions to control stress points and to reduce stresses on welds. The follower link structures can include follower links which are configured to be positioned at least partially outside of the lift arm structure to improve rear visibility. The driver link structures can be configured to be laterally overlapping with innermost surfaces on the lift cylinder, but configured such that as the lift arm is raised the laterally overlapping portions are moved above the innermost surfaces of the lift cylinder.

The invention relates to a front loader (10) comprising: at least one fastening arrangement (12) connectable to a working vehicle (1); at least one loader arm (20) with a first part (21) and a second part (22) connected via a knee section (23), the first part (21) being pivotally connected to the fastening arrangement (12) at a pivot point (P1); a tool attachment (14) device connected to the second part (22) of the at least one loader arm (20); at least one tilting cylinder (16) connected to the tool attachment device (14) and to a knee link (30) arranged at the knee section (23), wherein the knee link (30) comprises a first attachment point (31) for connection with the tilting cylinder (16), a second attachment point (32) for connection with the loader arm (20), and a third attachment point (33) for connection to a mechanical self-levelling device (50), wherein the knee link (30) is arranged at the knee section (23), such that the first attachment point (31) is essentially aligned with or below an upper end (24) of the first part (21) of the loader arm (20).

Accessory mounting system for a work vehicle

An accessory mounting system for a work vehicle includes a first mount extending from a lateral side of a body of the work vehicle, in which the first mount is configured to couple to a first end of a rotatable component to rotatably couple the rotatable component to the body of the work vehicle. Further, the accessory mounting system for includes a cover assembly having a cover, in which the cover assembly is coupled to the lateral side of the body of the work vehicle, and at least a portion of the cover is positioned laterally outward from the first mount such that the first end of the rotatable component is disposed between the lateral side of the body of the work vehicle and the portion of the cover while the first end of the rotatable component is coupled to the first mount.

System and method for aligning a carrier vehicle and a selectively attachable implement

Carrier vehicles—such as, for example, front loaders—are configured to operated with one or more interchangeable implements that are selectively coupled to the carrier vehicle by driving the carrier vehicle towards a desired implement and aligning the implement attachment points with corresponding attachment points on an implement mount that is attached to the carrier vehicle. In some cases, the operator's view of the various attachment points (catch hook and support pins, rods, lines) of the implement and the implement mount is blocked by the front loader arms (booms) or other components of the carrier vehicle. Systems and methods are presented herein for aligning the carrier vehicle with the implement using marks/indicators that are visible by the operator of the carrier vehicle.

Front guard and working vehicle

A front guard attached to a front portion of a vehicle body of a work vehicle includes a lower frame attached to the vehicle body, and an upper frame that is attached to the lower frame so as to be swingable around a shaft oriented in the vehicle width direction and the posture of which can be changed between a standing posture and a forward leaning posture by swinging with respect to the lower frame. The upper frame has: a left part that is pivotally supported by a left portion of the lower frame and extends upward; a right part that is pivotally supported by a right portion of the lower frame and extends upward; and an upper part that couples an upper portion of the left part and an upper portion of the right part. The upper part is provided with a protruding portion that protrudes downward.
