The grading machine also includes a drawbar connecting the grading blade to the machine body, at least one drawbar sensor configured to sense a position and orientation of the drawbar, a user interface, and a control system. The control system may be configured to receive an input from the user interface and perform an automatic turnaround operation.
MOTOR GRADER AND METHOD OF CONTROLLING MOTOR GRADER
A motor grader includes an operation apparatus, a front frame, a draw bar swingably attached to the front frame, a first actuator attached to the draw bar, the first actuator moving the draw bar in a lateral direction with respect to the front frame, a second actuator attached to the draw bar, the second actuator moving the draw bar in a direction toward the front frame and a direction away from the front frame, and a controller that causes the first actuator and the second actuator to operate. The controller causes the first actuator and the second actuator to operate based on an operation signal received from the operation apparatus such that a position of the draw bar with respect to the front frame comes closer to a neutral position of the draw bar with respect to the front frame.
Control system for work vehicle, method, and work vehicle
A work vehicle includes a work implement. A control system for the work vehicle includes a controller that controls the work implement. The controller obtains a first design topography. The controller determines a second design topography. At least a portion of the second design topography is positioned above the first design topography. The controller generates a command signal to operate the work implement in accordance with the second target design topography. The controller changes a tilt angle of the work implement when at least a portion of the second design topography is positioned below the first design topography.
CONSTRUCTION MACHINE
A construction machine comprising a main frame, a blade carrier frame, and a slewing ring arrangement comprising a blade which is mounted thereon, wherein the slewing ring arrangement comprises a toothed ring which is connected to a drive pinion which rotates and which is connected to a drive motor which is mounted on the blade carrier frame, the toothed ring having a guide ring, which is guided by a plurality of slide bearing shoes which are arranged over the circumference thereof and which are mounted on the blade carrier frame, wherein wear linings which are in sliding contact with the guide ring are arranged between the slide bearing shoes and the guide ring. An indicator device is provided, a change in a distance of the toothed ring radially to a second rotational axis being able to be detected thereby.
HYDRAULIC SYSTEMS FOR GRADING MACHINES
A hydraulic system for operating a circle drive gear of a grading machine includes a pump configured to output pressurized fluid, a directional control valve fluidly coupled to the pump, a bidirectional hydraulic motor located downstream of the directional control valve and fluidly coupled to the directional control valve via hydraulic lines. The hydraulic motor has an output shaft that is configured to be rotationally driven by pressurized fluid output by the pump. Dual counterbalance valves may be disposed within the hydraulic circuit of the directional control valve and hydraulic motor such that any gearbox driven by the hydraulic motor is protected from external opposing forces. Accordingly, motion in the circle drive system is hydraulically locked at the beginning and release of a circle rotation command with the help of fluid pressure in the hydraulic lines.
DRAG BAR FOR LEVELLING GROUND
A drag bar for attachment to forks of a tractor for ground levelling includes a frame with two parallel fork ports and two transverse members one of which is a plate having ground scraping elements for breaking the surface of the ground and the other has a leveling surface for compressing and levelling the ground surface. The plate carries front and rear alternately offset rows of the elements and has front and rear edges shaped in a wave pattern. The transverse member further carries a pivotal drag plate with a bottom edge at a height above a lowermost tip of the ground scraping elements. Each of the fork ports includes an upper receptacle for receiving a fork of a tractor and a lower upwardly inclined receptacle for receiving a fork of a skid steer loader. The frame can be divided into separate sections for grading traffic wheel strips of a gravel road.
Articulation joint for a machine
An articulation joint for a machine includes a first frame portion, a second frame portion, a hinge pin, a bearing member, a bushing member, and a washer assembly. The washer assembly includes a thrush washer and a housing. The thrust washer includes a plurality of washer segments. Each of the plurality of washer segments is adapted to be disposed co-planar and adjacent with respect to one another. The plurality of washer segments defines a central space adapted to receive the hinge pin therethrough. The housing includes a plurality of housing segments. Each of the plurality of housing segments is adapted to be disposed co-planar and adjacent with respect to one another. The plurality of housing segments defines an internal space adapted to enclose each of the washer segments therein.

Drawbar assembly for a motor grader
A drawbar assembly for a motor grader is provided. The drawbar assembly defines a longitudinal axis and includes a first frame member and a second frame member. The first frame member is adapted to be movably coupled to main frame of the motor grader. The first frame member includes a first base member extending along longitudinal axis and a first mating portion bent away relative to first base member to extend transversely relative to longitudinal axis. The second frame member includes a second base member extending along longitudinal axis and a second mating portion bent away relative to second base member to extend transversely relative to longitudinal axis. The second mating portion is configured to mate with first mating portion to form a connection joint therebetween, facilitating the first frame member and second frame member to be conjoined to together support a circle assembly of the motor grader thereunder.
GROUND WORKING ACCESSORIES WITH SIDE SHIFTING OPTION
