Ripper shank pocket with wear inserts
A wear insert includes a front surface, a rear surface, a top surface, a bottom surface, a first side surface, a second side surface, and a first retention boss extending from the rear surface.
VIBRATING SUBSOIL TOOL
A subsoil tool for ameliorating soil compaction having a shank attached to a toolbar of a tractor, wings on forward wing links pivotally engaged to the shank, and a wing rod pivotally engaged with the forward wing links. The forward wing links are positioned near the bottom of the shank in front of the rear of the shank. The wing rod is positioned behind the shank.
RIPPER SHANK, SHANK HOLDER, AND GROUND ENGAGING IMPLEMENT FOR USING THE SAME
An attachment for an industrial or farm vehicle is designed to engage, carry, cut, disturb and/or level dirt at a ground surface, such as a box blade, rake or bucket. Ripper shanks may be adjustably mounted to the attachment, so that a depth of loosening of the ground surface may be controlled. Each ripper shank includes a generally flat metal plate having a rectangular portion, a curved portion, and a triangular portion. A dirt lifting slide is attached to the triangular portion at a position between a top edge and a bottom edge. The top edge may include serrated teeth to cut roots and loosen dirt before the dirt is lifted by the slide. An inside edge of the curved portion may also include teeth to cut roots. An opening or channel is formed near a top edge of the rectangular portion, which functions as a handle to assist in mounting and adjusting the ripper shank relative to its holder.
Vibrating subsoil tool
A subsoil tool for ameliorating soil compaction having a shank attached to a toolbar of a tractor, wings on forward wing links pivotally engaged to the shank, and following wings on a wing rod pivotally engaged with the forward wing link. The forward wing links are positioned near the bottom of the shank in front of the rear of the shank. The wing rod is positioned behind the shank. A power link is engaged to the toolbar, a hydraulic drive cylinder, and the wing rod for enabling oscillation of the wing rod relative to the shank.
Extendable scarifier system
A motor grader includes a frame and an extendable scarifier system supported on the frame. The scarifier system includes first and second drawbar arms coupled to the frame. A carriage is coupled to the first and second drawbar arms. The carriage includes a carriage body having first and second lateral ends. A first extension element is attached to the first lateral end of the carriage body and a second extension element is attached to the second lateral end of the carriage body. The first and second extension elements each supporting at least one tooth.
Polymer geo-injection for underground pipeline protection
A polymer geo-injection apparatus for protecting an underground structure is provided. The apparatus includes: a mechanized vehicle for moving on the ground in order to transport the apparatus while the apparatus forms a subsurface polymer layer that protects the underground structure; a polymer supply tank coupled to the mechanized vehicle and configured to supply solid polymer during the forming of the polymer layer; a polymer melting unit coupled to the mechanized vehicle and configured to receive and melt the supplied solid polymer and to supply the molten polymer during the forming of the polymer layer; and a subsurface ripper coupled to the mechanized vehicle and configured to move through the ground in response to the movement of the mechanized vehicle while receiving and injecting the supplied molten polymer into the ground above the underground structure in order to form the polymer layer and protect the underground structure.
EARTH CONDITIONING APPARATUS, SYSTEMS & METHODS
Provided is an earth conditioning system/apparatus which removes/break-ups rock in the ground and has a front drawbar, a ground engaging tool arrangement and a rear rotary device (drum). A ground engaging tool arrangement includes a frame supporting ground engaging tools each mounted at a pivot. Actuators raise/lower the ground engaging tool(s) for desired depth control of the ground engaging tools. The rotary device slotted or ribbed drum acts as a crushing drum rolled over earth that has been broken up by the ground engaging tools. Actuators, provide height adjustment of the ground engaging tools relative to the ground engaging tool support frame and by adjusting the height from the ground of the ground engaging tool arrangement by operating the at least one adjuster acting between the rotary device and the ground engaging tool arrangement.
EXTENDABLE SCARIFIER SYSTEM
A motor grader is disclosed that includes a frame and an extendable scarifier system supported on the frame.
Vehicle body utilized in rockbreaker, rockbreaker and rock breaking method
Disclosed are a vehicle body utilized in a rockbreaker, a rockbreaker, and a rock breaking method. A rock breaking operation area is configured to pass through the vehicle body and in a direction perpendicular to and above the ground. An operation area of a rockbreaker arm is arranged within a vehicle range.
